Addy had calmed down by the time they had got home.
"Just don't panic? Let me do the talking. Now go get ready." A panicked Stacie said getting out of the car and put her hand on Addy's back trying to make her breathe evenly again. As Stacie went to open the door it flung open. Both Addy's and Stacie's eyes grew wide and both of their heart rate increased. Behind the door stood their mother."Come in girls. Dinner is on the table." Their mother smiled suspiciously.
"Yes mother but we will just get dressed first." Stacie said moving towards the stair case.
"No, we shall go eat. We haven't got time to you to continue to lie and manipulate me further." Their mother replied and the girls knew that this was bad.
The girls walked into the dinning room, where Emily and Beca had stood waiting for everyone to come in. When everyone was sat down they began eating as painful silence filled the room as everyone's heart rate was elevated.
"Stacie, do you remember the little chat we had the last time we were all together?" Their mother stated plainly putting her knife and fork down as wiping her mouth with a napkin, looking deeply into Stacie's eyes.
"Yes mother." Stacie said not bringing herself to look into her eyes. Along with everyone else in the room except their mother.
"More specifically, do you remember the conversation we had a about your clothing?"
"Yes mother."
"LOOK AT ME SLUT!" Everyone jumped at the shock and Stacie put her knife and fork down losing all the appetite she had and stared at her mother. "Do you want to remind everyone about that conversation?"
"You said that... my dress was too short... and that... I looked like a... slut." Stacie said looking at their mother and no one else as she couldn't bring herself too.
"Yes, so and this is the part that confuses me because after our little chat I would assume you wouldn't continue to wear that stuff and if it happened to be your entire wardrobe then you have plenty of money to go out and change it so then it baffles me why you are now in a pair of shorts shorter then that dress the other day. Tell me...Slut, so you think that except able to ignore me?" Their mother stood up and walked behind Stacie as she stares straight forward and at this point everyone has stopped eating.
"No, I'm sorry. I..." Their mother yanked Stacie's hair back roughly.
"As you clearly like short things why don't we just cut off the beautiful hair you have here?" Their mother produced a pair of scissors and held it to Stacie head as Stacie eyes squeezed shut.
"Stop!" Beca said as their mother lowered her hand.
"Oh, you think you can tell me what to do? That's funny! Now correct me if I am wrong but I see you are dating a female."
"Yes but what does that matter to you?" Beca bravely said.
"Well I will not have a faggot for a daughter! You will dump that girl and if I ever see you with another girl. God help you! Do you understand? You will never find love with a girl. You are disgusting. It is wrong, you are wrong faggot!" Their mother yelled walking to Beca.
"Do not think either or you two..." Their mother said pointing to Stacie and Beca as she walked around in the direction of Addy, " will get away with this. I have a perfect punishment but before that lets talk to the women of the day! The one I came to see the reason I am here. Adelaide!"
