YOUR POV:

Two years have passed since the search for Emma had began. Nobody was losing hope, but nobody couldn't help but wonder if she was dead or at worse, still in the human world.

Within those two years, I found out that 'friends with benefits' isn't actually what I thought it meant. Ray (and sometimes Norman) like to tease me about how innocent and naive I was, but honestly it just gave me another reason to kill myself.

Not only that, but after I saw everyone again two years ago, I went to my parents and told them everything...well, almost everything. I told them that Mike Ratri has been acting as everyone's guardian and they were all safe and cared for. I asked if it was okay if I joined my siblings and friends.

My parents cried and begged me not to go, but deep down they knew that living with everyone was the better choice. So for two years, I've been living under the care of Mike Ratri.

Everything was looking up, besides the fact that Emma was still missing.

So today, Phil, Ray, Gilda and I all wandered through a flea market that the town was hosting. Everyone had came and split up into groups so that it would be easier to find Emma. Which you'd think she'd stick out considering how bright her hair is.

Phil held the pen as he informed Norman that we hadn't had any luck finding Emma. But neither did Norman's team.

"We can't stay much longer," Gilda says. "We'll miss the bus."

I shake my head, "she's here. I know she is," I say.

"Intuition?" Ray asks with a raised brow.

"Intuition!"

We continued to walk around until I spotted orange hair off in the distance. "That's gotta be her! Come on!"

I grab Ray's hand and take off after her.

I finally come to a stop when I see Emma crouching down, grabbing her necklace.

"There you are!" Ray gasps with a smile.

"Emma!" Phil exclaims as he puts up the pen.

"I'm so glad you're okay!" Gilda cries.

Finally, Norman and Oliver's group approach us with wide eyes and surprised looks.

"Emma!" Violet exclaims, "we've been looking for you!"

"Stupid Emma!" Alicia exclaims.

"How could you disappear all of a sudden?!" Jemima adds.

Fear.

"Um...who are you?"

"She doesn't have any numbers like Y/N!" Gillian points out.

"Is this not Emma..?" Lannion asks.

"It must be a look alike," Don frowns.

"No," I say as I point to the scared girl, "this is Emma. I know that look...she's scared, confused...lost."

"She must have lost her memories," Ray says. "The price was her memories."

"You can't be serious..!" Don cries, "sure you didn't sacrifice yourself, but your memories of us are all gone!"

"No, no!" Gilda cries, "don't you remember me?! I'm Gilda! Gilda!"

"Stop it!" Emma screams as takes a step back. "I-I'm sorry...I really don't know who you all are...!"

Yvette speaks up, "then why did Y/N remember?"

"I-I don't know," I shrug, "I mean I didn't really lose my memories...more like they were tucked away."

Norman steps forward, "I'm so happy right now. Even if you don't remember us, you're alive and that's all that matters. You look well, you're not hurt, you look happy and don't look alone." Norman smiles, "we're all going to school, and all the Lambda kids are getting better. Mike Ratri is our guardian and taking care of us."

Norman grabs Emma's hands, she doesn't pull away. "Even though I can't forgive the Ratri Clan, we're all getting along. Ayshe hasn't killed me, a-and Chris woke up. We're all working toward a bright and happy future! It's just like how you wanted!"

Norman was speaking to a ghost of Emma. Our Emma was presently gone, passed away when we crossed over. But deep within her, our Emma still remained. The words Norman spoke weren't for Emma, they were for Emma.

Emma began to sob, "I-I feel like I've been wanting to see you all my whole life!"
