In a future that has yet to come,
would you accept it regardless?Reading a newspaper, Rera catches up with all of the latest gossip in Mondstadt. From the smallest news such as a new store opening to eye-catching content like an Adventurer hunting down several Ruin Guards. Rera let out a sigh as she put the newspaper down on the coffee table.
"Anything of notice?" Zhongli asked, resting his arms on the couch's back pillows.
"No. Just some boring stuff." Rera replied.
"Well, whatever is new in Mondstadt is unlike anything compared to Liyue."
"What do you mean?"
"Take a look."
Zhongli handed her Liyue's newspaper and Rera took it. She flipped through the pages, her eyes scanned through the words she saw. Just as she was about to move on, her eyes caught something of interest.
Breaking News!
"An unknown Domain has appeared in the sea near Guyun Stone Forest. However, due to the foggy weather and violent waters, the Domain has yet to be explored. Adventurers who are interested in exploring the Domain must check in with the Adventurer's Guild."
Rera's curiosity was certainly caught. She looked to Zhongli who smiled in return.
"So? What do you think?"
"I wanna go!"
"Should you now? I will not stop you, but please proceed with caution. Many things can happen in a Domain."
"I will!"
"Ah, but then begs the question, how will you cross the sea?"
"I can just have Loki split it."
"I...would not recommend that."
"Then teleport?"
"It is located in the fog and the violent waters. I highly doubt that you can get there by teleporting. In addition, it is not stated where in the sea. So it may not be near Guyun Stone Forest."
"Mmm...you have a point..."
"The seas will be filled with ships and boats. Skilled sailors will know how to navigate the waters."
"Ah! I have an idea!"
"Such as?"
"Not telling!"
"I wonder, what sort of mischief are you up to?" Zhongli chuckled, patting her head.
"I'll be back!"
"Loki! Teleport me to Xiao!"
"As you wish."
.
.
.
Standing atop the mountains of Mingyun Village — a village known for mining ore, Rera stood next to Loki and Xiao. Sure enough, the sea was clouded by fog and the waves splashed violently, even from this distance.
Domains were like dungeons in a sense. They appear out of nowhere with monsters and treasures lurking within them. It is unknown how long they stay up before they disappear. So Adventurers are scrambling to set out to sea despite the dangerous weather.
"So? Do you see it?" Rera asked.
"Of course I do. I just do not understand why you want me to do this." Xiao sighed.
