Watching the show unfold before her eyes, Rera stood in complete and utter disappointment. Things were going smoothly. That was before Loki showed up. At that moment, Rera realized how much of a pain in the ass Loki was.
"ARE YOU BOTH FINISHED?!" Rera uselessly shouted.
KABOOM! BANG!
"...Guess not." Xiao sighed.
"Ooh! I know of a way!" Rera smiled.
"Then do it."
Inhaling a large amount of air, Rera shouted from the top of her lungs.
"LOKI! I THINK MY WOUND-"

Teleporting in front of Rera, Loki disregarded the fact that Cloud Retainer ever existed.
"Where?! Where does it hurt?!" He asked, patting down Rera's body. "Hold on! I'll grab the- AH!"
Yanking Loki's hair, Rera unknowingly electrocuted him. But she was too angry to even notice.
"Are you done with your little fight? Because you're wasting my damn time."
"MYLADYYOU'REHURTINGMEMYFUCKINGHEADISGONNABEFRIEDPLEASESPAREME!"
"Are. You. Done."
"YESYESYES! I'MDONE!"
"Good." Rera smiled, letting go of his hair. "Then fix this mess."
"About that...."
"Fix. It."
"O-okay..."
Not wanting to suffer the wrath of Rera, Loki obeyed. Standing, Loki teleported towards the destroyed part of the mountain. He held his head down in shame as he slowly outstretched his hand forward.
"Shadows..." Loki mumbled, "Fix up this mess..."
"Rera." Cloud Retainer spoke, appearing next to her. "I apologize for my...rash behavior. One simply could not stand that man's presence."
"It's okay." Rera nodded, "I'll just have him do the apologizing."
"...Erebus does not like orders. And one highly doubts that he will-"
"He will. I'll make sure of it."
"..."
"For now, just sit back and watch." Rera sighed.
As Shadows gathered around the broken parts of the mountain, both Xiao and Cloud Retainer felt an overwhelming pressure. The sinister energy of the Shadows made many who were not familiar with it, tremble. Time and time again, Loki's power always struck fear into the hearts of others. Even the mighty Geo Archon was afraid of his power when they first clashed.
It was like that feeling of unease. Similar to when you know that something is wrong, or when something looks human but isn't. When you are being killed or knowing that you will be killed. That was how eerie the power of Shadows was.
Cloud Retainer was rarely exposed to the eeriness of the Shadows back in the day. And when she was, she felt scared to even move. She did not dare to insult Loki despite the many times that she had. It struck fear into her like never before. Seeing it again just indicates that she is still terrified of Loki's Shadows.
Xiao has experienced countless moments where the lingering hatred of the Gods almost killed him. He witnessed many deaths due to deceased Gods and their feelings of strong emotion. But never. Never before had he experienced something quite like this. Almost as if every single God he had killed had joined their hatred together and attacked his very being.
