Cool water droplets run down my spine as I put on a plain white t-shirt rapidly on my freshly washed body. My phone has been buzzing with calls from Emery and Jon telling me to hurry up as the bus is about to head to the arena.

I took longer in the shower then I've planned and now I'm making every one late for our Phoenix concert.

Pressing the down button on the elevator several times the door finally seems to open. Stupid elevator music plays as it slowly makes its way down to the main floor.

Lucky for me the lobby, as well as parking lot is fan free, as I make my way outside letting the warm sun rays and cool breeze hit me.

I see both of my band mates heads through the glass window signaling me to hurry up my pace.

My speed quickens then slows down as I approach the door of the bus. I turn the door knob and reveal my on the road buddies.

"I'm here. Did Joby notice?" I ask while closing the door gently behind me.

"How could he not, you're 20 minutes late." Jon walked up to me eyes glued on the extra door leading to driver.

"Well look who finally decided to show up. " instead of turning around to see him I look up to Jon's eyes seeing a bald head man in his aquamarine iris.

"I know I'm late. I was- I'm here that's what's important." I found no need in explaining my tardiness. Joby has been real patient on me and my lack of timing, so I don't expect him to be any different this time.

The floor starts to vibrant and the bus is in motion. Joby gathered us and pointed to the long red sofa near the window.

"Guys we need to have a serious conversation," he swayed back and forth in one spot. I knew immediately that I was going to be the topic of the talk. Joby's eye planted on me signaled me.

"Before, I start I want you to know I respect your actions, even if I don't agree with them. Ricky this is directed to you, but you guys listen up too," he now stood right in front of me knees.

"Ricky you've been in everyone's mouth and that's not good for me, for you, and it's not fair for Emery and Jon to deal with a scandal you made." His voice was calm, but his facial features shows otherwise.

"Look I'm completely aware you have the freedom to date whoever and whenever, but there is a limit you can't-"

"So, I have to stop having fun over a stupid news report. It's just a breakup not a war. I see no way this is affecting us. You all are making a hail storm in a cup of water." I snapped getting up to my feet. I'm getting tired of them repeating the same old news like a broken record.

"Ricky, I'm like your dad on the road, and I'm just doing what is best for you, and them," I clenched my teeth and hands as tight possible. I need to control myself.

"You have to realize that it's not only you anymore. You have eyes monitoring your every move just waiting to reveal mistakes and it doesn't help if you give them reasons, grow up." Joby looked straight at me not and in angry way, but in a worried gaze.

I felt me body sway sideways, as the wheels squeaked coming to a stop. The tension broke with screams and chants. Joby turned his eyes to my band mates and says, "Get ready I'll see guys inside. I want this show to go smoothly not like the others, don't forget what I said." he reached for his cap and covered his head and started to walk to the exit.

As he closed the door behind him the screams reduced.

"Well that was unnecessary." I say turning around to meet the guys stare.
