Audrey's POV

Hadley and I were getting wet towels and alcohol from the bathroom. I could tell that by the look on her face she was probably regretting coming on this trip in the first place. We entered the living room where Liam and Jon were still yelling at each other. The fact that they're fighting over a girl hasn't sunk in my head yet.

Nyla comes over and takes a wet towel to pat down Jon's busted lip. I take the other and press it against Liam's eyebrow. They had a pretty bad argument that caused fighting and well after trying to pull them away several times we finally managed to sit them here.

''Just like that, you're leaving me? I flew your broke ass over here and this is how you repay me?'' Liam yells across the cabin and I wish Jos would leave the room so she doesn't listen to this.

''It was just a matter of time till we got back together.'' She simply said smiling as she cleaned Jon up.

Emery and Ricky were outside cleaning up the mess that was made. They just wanted to avoid hearing this conversation.

''Then why the hell would you break up with him, huh?'' I looked down at him and his cheeks glow with pink. I lift the towel from his eyebrow and start to brush off some of the grass that clung on to him.

''Liam, give up, you lost.'' Jon smiles leaning against her like a puppy to his mother. I can't help but feel a little sorry for Liam. At that moment Jos gets up and walks out into the hallway.

''Don't you care that you hurt her feelings too?'' Liam murmurs as soon as Jos leaves the room and I'm taken back by him bringing her up.

I try to avoid eye contact with Jon because I know if I do I'll get disappointed and filled with anger.

''I'm sorry I don't like her that way! She's too much for me! Audrey...'' his voice drifts away until I looked at him. ''I just couldn't like her the way she wanted. It's great that she supports the band but I can't be with someone too obsessed with me. You do understand me, don't you?''

I understood that the chances of them mutually liking each other weren't high. I could tell that every time they were together Jon was only being polite to her. What I don't understand is how much of a hypocrite he is.

So I just nodded. I didn't want to get into a different battle. Plus my friend deserves better.

''You're an ass, Jon. You're really good at playing the victim card.'' Liam coughs out a chuckle.

''I am the victim! You fucking trader took my girlfriend from behind my back. I thought we were friends!''

''I didn't take anything from you! You both had already broken up when we started dating. On the other hand, you went off to slighter your tongue down my girlfriend's throat. You, my friend, are the backstabber, not me.'' As soon as Liam said that I thought back to what Nyla told me. She had said that Liam suggested Jon and her break up, and I'm starting to question if it's actually true.

''Liam, sorry but I made a mistake. I shouldn't have broken up with Jon and I shouldn't have used you to help me get through it.'' She said twirling Jon's hair in her fingers.

''Oh so you used me to get over him? I helped you when they placed a restraining order on you, and I did that because I cared for you.'' Liam's voice cracked for the first time in this whole argument.

''That was also a mistake...'' Jon comments and I stare at the purple bruise started to form in his eye.

She looked down at Jon and he looked up at her with such hopeful eyes. ''When I sent those messages it was a way to cope for losing him. The reason I came here was that I had a hope that you'd still have feelings for me.''
