Audrey's POV

''You mean to tell me you inhabit this home?''

''Yes, are you okay?'' He walks closer and I look at his eyes. He has the same mixture of gray and green color that I always found comforting every time I looked at him. Now I know why. When I looked at him it's as if I'm looking at Ricky.

''Uh well that's a hard question to answer..'' Was I fine? I was freaking out for Ricky and he hasn't even seen him.

''You want to come in and have a drink or something? You look pretty dipsy,'' He starts to lead me to his door and I start to shake my head. ''Yes you need to sit down maybe it's the heat that got you looking a little dead.''

My mouth felt so dry. I couldn't even speak to tell him to avoid the battlefield that was happening inside. ''I can stay here,'' I mumble out.

''What? Of course not plus don't you want to see my dog?'' I kind of did want too...

He opened the door and we walked in and I noticed how shiny the wooden floor was. Giant contrast from the dirty carpeting back at Ricky's childhood home. Immediately I start to look around for Ricky and I find him in the living room standing in the opposite corner from his dad. Sam seems to notice them at the same time.

''What's going on here?'' Sam asks completely forgetting about me and he starts to walk to his 'dad'.  I stay by the door where I can see them but they can't see me.

''You got to be fucking kidding me, it's you?'' Ricky's face turns to disgust and I want to hide and watch all in one.

''What are you doing here? Dad, mom what's happening?''

Ricky lets out a loud 'ha' and the only one that appears worried is the woman. The dad is just sitting there with an annoyed look.

''Yeah dad why don't you explain everything.'' Ricky spits out and I'm just standing here with an uneasy stomach.

''Dad? Why are you calling him that?'' Sam questions and I prepare myself.

Ricky walks closer to Sam and says, ''C'mon Sammy you can't be that naive. Why else would I be calling that fuck a dad, because we're brothers... twins.''

''Dad is it true?'' His voice was starting to crack and the man didn't flinch.

''Well you both might as well know the truth-''

''No! You promised this wouldn't happen!'' The lady starts to cry causing streams of black to streak down her cheeks.

''They have to no know eventually. Alright, you both want to know the big secret then sit your asses down and stop acting like girls.'' Ricky and Sam stare at each other for a bit but they obey their dad. I find it a little unbelievable that no one has noticed me yet.

''You both aren't my sons and I don't give a damn about neither of your existences. Okay now that's over I'm going to get a beer.'' Was he serious right now? He was starting to get up when the wife pushed him back down. He rolled his eyes and let out a breath as if we were wasting his time.

''Well first off Sam your real birthday is January 22, not February 7, that's the day we brought you to official live here.  And the name of your real mom is Tam-''

''So neither of you are my parents?'' I could see Sam's jaw clench and Ricky looked empathetic towards him. The woman he's called mom for years shakes her head no and cleans her tears with her fingers.

''Why did we get separated?'' I hear Ricky ask.

''If you let me finish my story then you'll know. When your mom was giving birth Sam came out just fine, but Ricky you took longer because you were coming legs first. When the doctors were finally able to get you out you were having breathing problems, and the doctors said that you might not make it.
