In the two and a half weeks since we moved from the compound and into the Estate , Calvin has spent a total of two days here with me. The day after we moved in , Cal had to head off to a sister chapter of the HellFire Souls. Apparently when he arrived he discovered things were like a million times worse than anyone expected.
Not only was the prez of that chapter stripped of his patch but his entire council and several of his family members were also. Being stripped of their patches means being kicked out of the Souls entirely. There was a lot of damage caused by those men to the Hartford Chapter. Meaning Calvin had to stay there longer.
Calvin was in Hartford for fifteen days , which was miserable for me. I missed having his warm body wrapped around me at night. Thankfully Acid , Inez and Nashie all stayed with me in the estate at night. Anyways Calvin had to restructure the Hartford chapter and select a new prez and new council.
Enough about club business, I've been super busy between finally completing my hours required to sit for the midwifery certification exam and well studying for said exam. Today is the big day ! Calvin got home just yesterday and today is test day. He's heading into work late today so he can take me to the testing site.

I just finished getting ready for the day , I'm wearing my new favorite pants . They're a white and gray snake skin pattern, theses pants are so comfortable and just look so cute. Calvin is downstairs in the kitchen making breakfast. The estates chef and my friend Nashie now only works during the weekdays and has the weekends off. But he asked for tomorrow off to take a four- day weekend trip to Boston.
When my father ran the estate most of the employees were treated like slaves. They weren't paid because the employees came to father in debt and he agreed to pay off their debts if they worked for him. The staff also never had time off , which means most of them didn't have lives outside of work. I want the staff to know that I will never treat then the way my father did.
I make my way down to kitchen , despite living here my whole live I have been getting a little lost in the two and a half weeks that I've lived here again. When we renovated the estate we took out a lot of walls or moved things around so I'm still leaning the Estate again.
