A/N: Guess who's in the mood for writing again?

The intro begins to play. The moon shines over a bird's eye view of the town. Teala and Nikita are shown tied to the merry-go-round as High Tower and Sally Slaughter are about to slam their weapons into them. JC is tied to a wonder wheel as the lead clown throws a knife narrowly missing him. MatPat is shown running from the funhouse before showing Roi narrowly missing being chomped by the jaws. Safiya and Manny are shown chained and trying to run from The Carnival Master, who holds their chains as the Demon Dog is by his side. Richard is shown in front of the graveyard holding a sharpened stick, Ro is then quickly shown running, this time the camera has zoomed out showing a chain-link cage in the background and she's holding a hand. The camera then pans to Joey, standing in the middle of the town handing the camera a ticket.

Escape The Night

Richard picked up and read the note MatPat found in the funhouse's candy room. "Carnival Master corrupted one of you... and the swirl distorts your soul... Wait, did anyone here spin the wheel?" Richard asked. The group looked around in silence, "No?" Manny responded, "Then if it isn't one of us or Calliope..." Richard's thought process was stopped by Calliope bringing the map.

MatPat: Calliope pulls the map off the wall and we see that there are suddenly three new areas on it.

Manny: We have the gas station, the cemetery, and a bridge that leads to the cemetery, and we're thinking, "Okay, where the hell are we going next?"

"Where should we start?" Joey asked, "Burned at the Stake' sounds exciting." Mat said. "Yeah, I know, I love fire." Richard sarcastically said when a shrill shriek shocked the group. They huddled together until the sound stopped, no one knew what it was. Mortimer burst into the arcade, everyone questioned where he was when he said, "They're gonna burn him alive."

"Well, that answers where we start. Off to the gas station!" Richard said before following Mortimer, though keeping himself at a distance. The group ran behind them until they caught up at the gas station.

Manny: We go to the pump station, running. There's some crazy guy tied up in a very nice suit but with a hood on. My immediate thing is, like, "Why do you have a little thing over your face?"

The man turned to the group and pulled against the chains tied to his wrists. "She'll be back soon to burn me." the man said, Mat questioned who would burn him and both Richard and the man explained it would be witches. "She'll be back soon to burn me. You have to find the key." he added.

Manny: So we're kinda, like, looking around, and we start to realize there's, like, a big, weird, like, bloody ritual that's going on in the gas station. There's, like, blood everywhere.

The group checked everywhere for a key when Mat spoke up. "Are we sure we wanna help this guy?" Mortimer said how he would be burned alive and Mat explained why he was concerned about trusting him. "Everyone that we've met in this town is evil." Joey looked to see a red demon-looking skull with a rolled-up paper in its mouth. "Wait, this looks like a math equation but with symbols. I already questioned why math needed letters, now it needs symbols?"

Joey: So we eventually find these symbols that correlate to a certain number.

Everyone found the symbols around the pump station, the only one missing was a symbol that looked like two Js or fishhooks. Calliope walked up to Mortimer and said something to him that Richard overheard, "Be strong. I know something is happening to you." Mat asked if he was fine, and Mortimer dodged the question quickly.

MatPat: This reads as pretty sketchy. My detective senses are on high alert.

Richard: After that, I'm keeping my eye on Mortimer. If my suspicion is right, and no one lied back at the lounge, he's probably corrupted.

MatPat: So while Joey and I solve the math equations on the hood of the car, Manny's over there testing the numbers into the lock.

Mat called out to Manny, saying "98 counterclockwise." The man told the group to hurry and Richard turned to him, "We're trying over here, Mr. Impatient!" he yelled. Manny inputted the final number and pulled open the safe, getting sprayed at.

Manny: I did not expect to open up a safe and get sprayed by something. And I'm covered in this dust, and I see a little man made out of wicker.

MatPat: I've seen enough "Blair Witch Project" to know you don't go grabbing weird stick creatures in the middle of the forest. Heck no. So I say, "Hey, let's stop and read the note."

Richard: (silently stands in the corner.)

"Here's the key, Mr. Impatient. 'The witches are using the wicker man to curse the people of Everlock." Richard read.

MatPat: The note tells us that a coven of witches have been using this wicker man to curse people in the town and that to cleanse this artifact, we would have to reverse three of those curses.

Richard started to jog over to the bag man when Mat asked, "Okay, let's put it to a vote. Do we trust this guy?" Richard continued to walk to the man, ignoring Mat continuing to rave on about how the man could be evil.

MatPat: Why wouldn't we wanna release the sketchy person with a bag over his head that we literally know nothing about? And he's gotta be one of the curses.

Joey: You know, if I was in that situation, I would hope someone would free me.

Manny: I mean, technically, I don't really know what he looks like, but he just, like- his body's cute, so I'm like, "We should save him."

Richard unlocked the man's chains, "Here you go, now you're free." "We helped you, now you help us." Joey stated. "Freedom." the man started to take the bag off his face, his laughter mixed with snorting. He lifted his head to the group, showing his pig snout and pig ears.

Richard: Yeah, I'm just gonna... (motions putting the bag back over his head.)

"What are you looking at? You never seen a guy with a pig face before?" the man joked. "I have." Joey answered before the man explained that a witch had cursed him. "Is there a spell to break the curse- the curse, the same curse you have?" Ro tried to interrogate the man when he walked over to Manny, "They got you too." he said before moving back.

Manny: I realize I just got sprayed with a freakin' curse. But I feel completely fine right now.

"Now a curse takes time to manifest." the man stated. "Well, I already feel like a pig sometimes." Manny mumbled as the man pulled out his keys. "I took something from the witches." he said before going to his car. He opens the door and grabs a spell book but right as he does the witches appear and chase the group to Fat Man Slim's.
