Escape the Night: Season 3 (My Way + Self-Insert OC)

The Curses

Manny: We're booking it to freakin' Fat Man Slim's, and we get in there. We just escape.

MatPat: So we roll out the piece of parchment onto the table, and we see that there's a diagram with all of these different curses that we're gonna have to need to reverse. An amulet of youth, a ring from a dead man, and the bloody snout of a pig.

"You're the only one with a snout." Joey said, looking at the man, who they learned was Nolan. "This is a curse." he restated, afterward Manny asked, "So if we reverse your curse, can we have your snout?" The man shrugged and a woman appeared from the stripper room. Most of the group screamed but Richard and Ro tilted their head, trying to understand what her deal was instead of screaming.

"The witches killed my brother with their curse and then stole my youth. Look at me. I look like a goddamn hag." she explained. Richard made an 'aww' face as Ro said, "I love your overalls." Richard and Joey both agreed, saying they were, "super cute." "How can we help you?" Mat asked as the woman smiled at the compliments.

Joey: oh, she's just the cutest old lady ever. How can you not wanna help her?

Joey got the group's attention and showed the book's resurrection spell, "Where do we find him?" Joey asked. "His bones are in the cemetery." the lady says, her voice quivering. Joey goes over the spells they have, swine undone, resurrection, and transformation. "Yes, the transformation spell will help you disguise yourself to look like one of the witch's lovers.

Richard: Joey wearing an ascot makes sense now because he's pulling a Fred and "splitting up, gang!" for the fiftieth time this night.

"So who wants to come with me to help pig-face over here?" Mortimer asked. Mat raised his hand, "I gotcha." he said before pointing to Manny, who also had his hand raised, and both nodded.

Manny: So we're like, "Okay, let's just rip out these two pages." We have the reverse-a-swine spell, and we have the invisibility spell.

The two and Mortimer began to walk out of Fat Man Slim's, "Don't screw it up." Nolan said as they left the building, chuckling and snorting as they closed the door.

The Bone Band

Joey: All of a sudden, a witch pops in, and we realize we need to hide somewhere. Otherwise, we could be next.

"Where did they go, old lady? Tell me. You know what I can do." the witch threatened with red magic. The lady stayed silent and the witch pulled away, "Ugh, I don't have time for this. I've got to go meet my lover." She walked out of the bar as Joey lifted himself off of the floor beneath a table.

"Oh, my God." Joey said softly, looking around before turning to Ro and Richard, who were both hiding under a different from Joey but same for them, table. "Guys, she's gone." Both of the Rs got out as the lady explained that, "That was the witch who killed my brother." Calliope emerged from under another table, "She saves the bones of her victims in the cemetery. She lures men there at night and has her way with them before killing them.

Joey flipped the pages of the spell book landing on resurrection. "To bring someone back from the grave, you will need to place their bones in a ritual urn and surround it with emblems of four elements, which lie hidden in plain sight." The group started looking around the bar for the emblems, which were a potted sunflower, a handheld folding fan, a lighter, and an ice cube.

Richard: We have all four elements, and the proper spell to bring our friendly old lady's brother back from the dead.

Joey rereads and finds they have to put the brother's bones in a ritual urn. "That's the transformation spell!" Richard exclaimed, "You saying I have to get the bones?" Joey asked surprised. "No, we can get the bones, you serve as the distraction." Richard clarified.
