disclaimers: I don't own aggtm, ggbb, or agad and this bonus chapter takes place directly after chapter 17 stops but incase yoy cant remeber that chapter ill give a shirt recap; pip, mari, and ravi go home after going to the ivy house hotel and amaris plays matchmaker and invites conner over so to get pip and him alone mari takes Josh to ravis house, ravi gives josh some advice as amaris falls asleep on the couch.....
"hey, josh," ravi calls out getting joshs attention, "do you think i could get your advice on something?" his eyes were on amaris but out of the corner of his vision he could see josh nod, ravi takes a deep breath before opening his mouth to speak.
"um- what does she- if someone asked your sister out what would her dream date be?" ravi mentally slaps himself as he asks the question because why in the fuck would a nine year old know the answer to that.
josh shrugs, "i dont know, she likes picnics and flowers." he offers trying to help. "she doesn't really talk about what she would want to happen on a date."
"no thats okay that's actually enough information. do you know what kind of flowers?" ravi asks his eyes still on the dark haired girl as she slept, he couldnt help it, she was so efortlessly beautiful- even in her sleep with her lips slightly parted and her hair all over her face.
amaris had caught his attention from the moment he saw her and never once did she lose that attention, ravi was so entranced and a part of him wondered if that was how sal felt with andie. he wondered what it was like when andie said yes to being sals girlfriend, he wished he had his brother because he would get advice on how to ask out the prettiest girl in the school, he would ask if it was normal to feel so much about a girl he had only known for a little while, he would ask if andie had made him feel the the way amaris made him feel, he would ask and ask until there was nothing else to know but now he couldnt because sal was gone. he was gone. dead.
"uhh- oh she has a photo on her phone! i can just show you that!" josh stands and rushes to amaris taking her phone out of her hand and unlocking it as ravis eyes widened.
"wa- no! dont- don't go through her phone, thats not- josh!"
"its fine, she lets me go on all the time, i even have her password. she set it as my birthday!" he exclaims happily and ravi smikes at the childs cuteness.
"you still shouldnt go through her phone, kid" ravi stands up and sits down in the couch next to where amaris slept, curled into a ball.
"oh its these! josh climbs up into ravis lap and practically shoves the phone into his face, ravi smiles and gently takes the phone, looking down at amaris' wallpaper that consisted of a few photos of a carnations and a quote from alice in wonderland.
"these are caranations, does she have a favorite color of these?" ravi asks , noting the low battery of her phone and standing up holding josh still as he plugged her phone into the charger by the tv.
"her favorite color is pink." josh shrugs giggling as ravi tosses him onto the couch before tickling him causing him to laugh loudly waking amaris up.
amaris yawned and stretched as she fully woke up, "what time is it?"
ravi smiles at her and looks over at the tv homescreen, "8:03" he say tickling josh one last time before sitting down and smiling charmingly at amaris who smiles back a bit confused.
"what?" she asks as his smile turns teasing.
"josh here just told me your favorite color was pink and i was a bit shocked that my emo, indie moon's favorite color is pink. pink!" ravi exclaims and amaris rolls her eyes as josh giggles.
"im not emo, ravi." she says and ravi hums.
"okay yea totes. but id never guess that your favorite color was pink. is it barbie pink or or like flower pink?" ravi questions as his eyes dance over her face. amaris stares at the singh boy for a second before asking
"did you just say 'totes'?" she giggles, "ravi what are you, one of those popular middle school girls?"
ravi rolls his eyes but smiles at her nonetheless, "your changing the topic. lets get back to my question."
"no im not! you are, you said 'totes' like a tween girl! oh i am never letting this go!"
