If someone would've told Hayami that she'd became the manager of a volleyball team she wouldn't have believed them.
And there she was.
Becoming a manager, a teammate, a friend, a sister.
But mostly, an ice skater.
A strong one.
A National Star.
She...

One more week before the training camp.
Hayami avoided talking to Kenma for six days, focusing on practicing her new choreography for the upcoming matches.
She must've been the best in the chart.
But she also had to give a better version of herself in the managing job.
So, she stuck with professionalism and left her friendly side being placed on the below spot, doing everything she could to help the boys.
Kenma never dared to interrupt her once during her silence period, understanding her, but the boys were a bit upset she didn't seem like the usual Hayami.
The one they fell for.
Their friend.
"Hey, Haya, want to come with us? We're going get ice cream!", Yaku was the most pressing one, always inviting her to do something fun with them.
"I must practice, sorry, Risu," her bag was already settled on her shoulders, "maybe next time."
"It's the fourth time that I'm waiting for a 'next time', you know?", he wasn't scared to talk back to her.
"I know," Hayami grabbed his forearm, pulling the boy toward her, stamping a kiss on his cheek, "I'm really sorry", she whispered, letting him go and jogging out of the gym, shouting a collective 'bye'.
But Yaku had other plans, "Guys, can't come today too. See you!", he ran after her still in his volleyball clothes, and shoes too.
Fast as the damn wind, of course, her rollers had already taken her far away, leaving Yaku forced to take the bus, hoping he would've gotten to the ice ring with her.
"Hey! I'm coming too!", Lev followed his senpai, worried about their manager.
"Move then!", he was an annoying kid, but he had a good heart and spirit, so he hoped that helped Hayami warm down.
The ride was silent but fast and they were lucky enough to step out of it the exact moment Hayami was taking off her rollers, leaving the girl shocked.
"Guys?"
Unsure of what to say, they shared a look and then turned to her.
"Hi."
"We're here to keep you company."
"I don't need it", she stepped back, narrowing her eyes.
Yaku saw through the lie, "Stop saying it. It's not true."
Hayami felt her lips tremble, "I..."
"Oh! Did you bring your friends too?", Usagi's head peeked from the front door, smiling at the boys.
They remained silent, waiting for Hayami's answer.
She let out a shaky breath, motioning them to come closer, "Yes. I brought my friends."
