Hayami and Kuroo had the same expression painted on their faces, tilting their heads, disappointed by Lev's poor receive.

"Seriously man, what was that?"

"Yeah, Shoyo did a better work receiving with his face than you with your wrists."

"That was mean."

"THAT WAS TRUE!", Yaku yelled at the first year, tossing him a ball, full speed, aiming at his head.

"I'M SO SORRY!", Lev protected himself from the bullet, crunching down, letting it hit Yamamoto's back.

"Do it again," Nekomata nudged at Hayami, "take off your jacket and stretch, you play too today."

"CAN I?!", the manager was already stripping off her red jacket, running to the benches to put down her pen and notebook and mostly to tie twice her shoes' laces.

"Create teams," Naoi clapped his hands one time, "fast."

The coaches understood something important during those five months with Hayami; she could give better advice and ideas if she was or had been in the situations, so, making her play with the boys was their new technique. They discovered she could jump enough during the summer camp, and she became really decent in a very short amount of time, reconfirming her ability to adapt to any environment she was put in.

"Okay," Kuroo rubbed his hands, "Kai, you're the other captain. Chose a setter."

"Kenma, c'mon", he called, watching Kenma sigh, knowing he wasn't used to working with Kai as much as he was with Kuroo.

"Huh, playing dirty? Teshiro, on this side", he motioned to the boy to come closer.

"I'll let you choose a libero", Kai was determined to win against Kuroo that day, but he kept his sweet side.

"Alright," his eyes drifted between Yaku and Hayami, who was still fixing her hair on the bench, "Mura, you're with me, 'kay?"

She just nodded, a hair-tie stalling between her teeth, "We're gonna fucking destroy them!", the voice came out muffled, but they got the words anyway, irking Yaku.

"SHUT UP, YOU SHRIMP!"

"EXCUSE...?! SHRIMP?! TO ME! FROM YOU?!", she raised her middle finger, taking a place next to Kuroo, a thing that only made her look even smaller, "TALK FOR YOURSELF!"

Nekomata and Naoi sighed, shaking their heads, those kinds of tantrums being nothing new for them.

"Middle blocker", Kuroo already knew who Kai was going to get.

The vice-captain smirked, "Inuoka, let's go."

Hayami pointed her index at Lev, "I swear to God...", she didn't have to finish the phrase to scare enough the boy. He felt shivers running all over his body and tried to hide behind Kuroo.
