The end of August came fast and the day of the practice match against Shinzen, Ubagawa, Karasuno, and Fukurodani was finally there.

"SHOYOOO!"

"HAYAAA!"

They ran into each other's arms right after the team stepped out of the bus.

They reached Tokyo, this time the matches would be practiced inside Nekoma's High School, so her boys didn't have to go far.

The reunion was a collision of limbs and a reconnecting of hearts, happy they were back together. Shoyo had his arms around her waist, and she hugged his neck, squeezing the other hard. Just one month without seeing each other seemed a lifetime.

Shoyo was tempted to cry but resisted, seeing her big smile and feeling her hands caressing his hair.

"CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE COMPETITION! YOU WERE DAMN GREAT!", he texted those same words weeks back, but wanted to tell her in person too, 'cause he found her performance excellent.

"Thank you, baby!", she kissed his cheek repeatedly, his heart melting.

"Congratulations, Yukimura, you did very good", Kageyama appeared behind his partner, bowing at the girl.

She squeezed Shoyo one more time before trapping also the setter in a bear hug, "Thank you, Tobio."

"You were amazing, Yuki! I cried!", Suga was as excited as the first years, walking fast to her with Yachi and Yamaguchi behind them, following him like a mama bear, "My compliments!"

"Yeah! You were wonderful!", the young manager clapped her hands.

"And beautiful! Your make-up was stunning!", Yamaguchi's eyes were sparkling.

Hayami kissed Suga's cheeks, hugging Yachi and patting Yamaguchi's shoulder too, gifting them with big smiles, "Thank you so much."

"YOU WERE GREAT, YUKIMURA!", Tanaka and Nishinoya went to high five her, making her laugh.

"Damn, you all watched me? Really?", she was surprised.

Daichi and Asahi nodded too, "Of course."

"You too, Tsukishima?", she inquired, peeking at the boy who remained behind the rest of the team, almost hiding, Kyoko on his side waving at her.

The middle blocker fixed the glasses on his nose, sighing, "Obviously."

"Was I good?"

He battled his lids, "A lot."

Satisfied, she let the team enter in the gym, doing the house's honor, Fukurodani and the rest of the boys already there stretching.

"Kenma!", Shoyo spotted the setter in a minute, running to him, "How are you? Are you excited for today?"
