Hayami's eyes started shimmering, excitement embraced her body and soul while her hands touched the soft material of her brand-new ice-skating bodysuit.
"So? Is it how you imagined it?", Usagi asked her, touching the soft fabric, "Blue navy, little but lots of sparkling glitter, big cutout in the back! I'm gonna cry when you would put it on, I swear!", it was her first body with the Japanese's flag sewed on it, confirming her being part of the team who represented the country.
That would be the biggest competition's costume, not just a simple one.
"It's perfect," Hayami wanted to try it on, "do you think I could...?"
"Practice with this on?", they grinned to each other, "Yes, girl! Go on!"
Hayami was fast; she ran into the changing room, stripped out her manager's clothes, and put on the marvelous body, using the big mirror near the lockers to admire her figure.
She squealed and went to grab her phone, snapping a quick picture in the mirror and sending it to Yaku.
The boy received the photo while he was in the changing room with the boys: that day they were still at the training camp at Fukurodani, while Hayami was back home for a couple of days to practice.
He unlocked his phone, smiling at her, feeling the happiness releasing from those pixels.
He knew how much she had waited for that body to come and now he was getting why.
"IS THAT YUKIMURA?", Bokuto screamed, pointing at the photo and scaring the poor libero.
Yaku yanked, his heart beating so fast that it seemed it wanted to jump off his chest, "Jesus Christ! Bokuto! Don't scream in my ears!"
"She looks stunning! Tell her that!", of course, the captain didn't listen to a single word, his hair dripping wet from the shower on Yaku's shorts, "Wait, are you a couple? I didn't know! Kuroo!", he called his friend, making him turn, his eyes confused, "Why didn't you tell me Yaku and Yuki are a couple?"
"Excuse me?", Kuroo dropped his towel on the ground.
"WE ARE NOT, MY GOD! STOP SPREADING RUMORS!", Yaku hit the bigger boy's chest, grunting loudly.
"Then why she'd sent you that photo?", he inquired, crossing his arms.
Kenma's ears were perked up, listening to that conversation, now curious about what kind of photo was. Kuroo and the rest of the team were the same, all staring at Yaku.
But while the boy opened his mouth to explain, Kenma's phone lighted up with a 'bip', gaining Lev's attention.
"Kenma-san! It's Yukimura!", he had to speak out loud, pointing at the video she just sent him, "A video!"
"What is this girl sending you?", Konoa asked them, gulping down some water.Kenma and Yaku shared a look, and the setter pressed play on the video, watching Hayami twirling around, showing him her new bodysuit, happily singing a song he didn't recognize but could tell was a Taylor Swift one.
