"Hey, hey, Tsukki!", Bokuto swung his arm over Tsukishima's shoulders, forcing the boy to bend, "You'd better go whoop the pants of Ushiwaka, hear me?!"
"Uhm, why?", he almost lost his glasses at the impact with Bokuto.
Akaashi was behind them, sighing, "I'm sorry about this."
"Well, you know how I'm totally beating you at everything right now, yeah?", he started what Akaashi knew would be a totally nonsense motivational speech, "So, if you go and crush Ushiwaka, then that means that, in effect, I'm double crushing him!"
That wasn't even motivational, just auto-celebrative.
Hayami shook her head, walking behind them with a furrowed forehead, "That boy..."
"Do you think we'll be able to beat him?", Shoyo was talking about Ushijima, and Hayami saw the fear mixed with the determination burning inside his eyes.
She grabbed one of his hands, squeezing it and kissing the back of it, pulling the boy closer, "Of course," Hayami was better than Bokuto with speeches, "you worked too hard to be stopped now. I know you'll surpass them. And after that, we'll be able to play a game-over match. Isn't this an exciting prospect?"
Shoyo nodded, bouncing up and down all his fluffy hair, "Yes!"
"This time, I'll be the one watching on TV!"
He gave her hand another squeeze, "Just wait for me."
Kuroo and Daichi were watching the duo side-hugging each other's waist and neck, walking glued to the hip like they were a single persona.
"I think Hinata needed someone like Hayami more than we could ever thought", Daichi didn't know lot of Hinata's family story, and the boy was not very chatty on that topic, but since the girl stepped inside his life, something started to shine brighter around him.
Kuroo could only agree, "Yeah, but trust me when I say that also Hayami needed someone like the shrimp," he noticed how their legs were moving at the same time to avoid the other tripping, "so, I'm waiting forward for our 'dumpster battle'."
Daichi grinned, "The 'dumpster battle', huh?"
"Yep, this is our last chance at it," they reached the bus and Kuroo stuck out a hand at Karasuno's captain, "see you in Tokyo, Sawamura."
He slammed his palm on Kuroo's, closing his fingers around his, "We'll be there, Kuroo."
"See you soon, Shoyo", Hayami gave him one last hug, kissing his temple.
"See ya', Hayami."
Wiggling her fingers at the rest of the team, she took some steps back, returning to Nekoma's boys, smiling.
"We'll see them again", Yaku winked at Sugawara, who sent him a grin.
"I know", she blew a kiss to Kyoko and Yachi, who replied with more kisses and waves.
