"What's up, ladies," Gibsie chimed in with a cheeky grin as he casually slid into the seat next to me. "How's it going today?"

He wrapped his arms around me, and I couldn't help but playfully roll my eyes. I couldn't stay irritated over him being with Lola; after all, who could stay mad at Gibsie? It was just too difficult.

"What's do you want, Gerard?" Claire groaned as I managed to slip away from his embrace.

"I've got something to show you," he announced, wiggling his eyebrows mischievously.

"No one's interested in seeing your junk," I teased, causing him to chuckle.

"Not that," he clarified, taking out keys from his pocket and swinging them in front of my face.

"My mam caved in,so..." he started.

"A lunatic is now terrorizing the Irish roads?" Lizzie interjected.

"Jaysus," he grumbled, shooting a disapproving look at Lizzie. "You're a barrel of laughs."

Lizzie giving him the finger before going back to her lunch.

"There's more," Gibsie announced, swiveling to meet my gaze. "They've jetted off to Tenerife," he teased with a playful eyebrow wiggle, "until Monday."

"You mean they've left you to fend for yourself?" I jest, raising an eyebrow.

"Sleepover at my place, huh?" Gibsie winked, extending the invitation.

"Wait, your parents trusted you with the house?" I echoed, clearly surprised.

He grinned mischievously, swiftly nabbing the last bit of my sandwich. "They did," he confessed with a sly smile.

"For a whole week? Their poor house is in for a wild ride," I tease, noticing his grin widening.

"You sound surprised."

"Clearly, they have no clue who they left in charge," Claire chuckled.

"Just give me the heads up, and I'll sort you out with a room at Hotel Gibson," he suggested playfully, raising his eyebrows at me.

"Is Hotel Gibson a top-rated spot, then?" I ask, reclining in my chair with a smirk.

"I can't reveal all the secrets of Hotel Gibson, Princess," he quipped with a wink.

"Dare you to," I challenge, playfully slapping his shoulder.

"Cover your ears, little Shannon," he instructs as she obediently follows his command.

"It comes with dick, Princess!" He taunted shamelessly.

"I don't know why I'm friends with you, you're so inappropriate," I retort, feeling the heat rising up my neck.

"You're friends with me because you love me," he teased before playfully adding, "I'm the only one that makes your cheeks turn pink," as he gently stroked my cheek with his finger.
