I'd convinced Johnny to go to Biddie's tonight, hoping it'll get my mind off Aurora saying she couldn't come over and him of his broken dick.

"I don't know how you ever went for that girl, cap," I say sitting down at the kitchen table.

"Ah, you did the same with Lola," he fires back.

"Yeah and I regret it, blinded by big tits and posh pussy," I retort, savoring the sandwich I whipped up.

"Well, I've opened my eyes now; everything's crystal clear," he states before digging into his sandwich.

"You need to get yourself a girlfriend lad, it's the only way you'll shake Bella off."

"I don't want a girlfriend, I'm too busy for that Gibsie, you know this," he asserts before playfully suggesting, "Why don't you go and find yourself a girlfriend."

"No can do cap, plus you have little Shannon." I tease.

"I'm not going there, I've said it a hundred fucking times." He growled as I laughed.

"And you can say it a hundred more times, and I still won't believe you."

"You like the girl, maybe you even loooooooovv-" I tease him as he lets out a sigh.

"If I agree to go to Biddies, will you finally stop and let it drop?"

"Absolutely," I nod eagerly as he lets out a sigh.

"Fine, I'll grab a shower," he says, heading towards the door.

"Good man," I call after him. "I'll phone for a taxi."

"I can drive us-"

"No you can't, we're going on the lash, both of us," I interrupt while holding the phone to my ear.

"Bottoms up, cap," I announce, slapping the tray in front of him.

He grabs two shots from the table and tosses them back as I smile.

He looks over at Bella straddling Cormac. I move in front of his view, giving him a wink. "I'm prettier to look at."

"We have company," Hughie said, clearly annoyed, as Cormac confidently strode over to the table.

"Alright, lads?" Cormac acknowledged with a nod, scanning the group. "How's it going?"

"Johnny, can I have a word, lad?" He asked.

"If that's what you wanna talk to me about-" he gestured to Bella who was smirking."then there's no need, your actions spoke clearly for you tonight."

"Listen, Johnny, I don't want any trouble. All I wanted to do was clear the air and make sure there's no hard feelings between us," Cormac explained, his tone sincere. "We have to play together, and I don't want any bad blood."
