Two months later

It had been roughly two months since Taylor had told Travis about her episodes, and so far it had been going quite well. The pair had been staying at home most of the time so that's where most of the episodes happened, with Travis there to help.

However, they had been coming more and more frequently. With Taylor having at least fifteen episodes in the past eight weeks, they had gone to the doctors multiple times. However, the doctors couldn't do anything, and instead just recommended that she gets more sleep and not be too stressed out.

It was Saturday morning and Travis and Taylor were going to visit Travis's parents. He was quite wary about this, and did try and persuade Taylor to let them just not go, but she didn't give in. Taylor had been very tired recently and Travis was worried that it wasn't good for her health, but he hadn't seen his parents in ages and she was adamant that they go.

"It's a cruuuuell summer with you, hang your head low..." Taylor sang along to the radio at the top of her voice as Travis drove along, occasionally glancing over in admiration. She was beautiful. However, Taylor suddenly stopped singing as she felt that familiar rush in her head, dreading what was coming next.

Without a second for her to process what was happening the feelings started, and so she leaned her head back on the seat and closed her eyes. Deep breaths, try to ignore the horrific ringing in her ears.

Immediately Travis knew what was happening, but he couldn't stop to help as they were on a motorway. He kept glancing back to her, checking that she was okay.

After a couple of seconds she collapsed, falling sideways as her head smacked against the window. Her body flopped forwards as they went over a particularly deep pothole, leaving her neck in a very uncomfortable position. Travis quickly reached across and pushed her back, just so she didn't hurt her neck.

She groaned as she came to, the bump on her head intensifying the headache.
"You okay baby?" Travis asked, quickly glancing back to her. Taylor mumbled something intelligible, putting her hands over her eyes.
"You try and get some sleep there, okay? And I'll find somewhere to stop so we can check you're okay, yeah?" Travis was worried. He was sure that a weekend trip was not the best thing for Taylor at the moment; she just needed rest.

Soon enough Taylor was fast asleep, her head resting against the window. Travis turned off the radio, not wanting to disturb her rest. On the next turning he saw that there was a gas station, so he pulled over.

"Taylor" Travis said, gently shaking her awake. She mumbled something as she woke up, scowling at Travis. He laughed, giving her a kiss on her forehead.
"I stopped so we can get you something to eat and stretch our legs" he smiled.
"Now let's see your forehead? It sounded pretty painful"
Taylor turned her head to the side as Travis examined the bump on her head.
"Just a little bruise, I'm sure you'll live" he pressed a kiss to it, making her giggle.

He got out of the car and went round to her side, opening the door.
"Can you walk? Are you feeling okay?" He asked as she climbed out.
" A little wobbly but I'll be fine" she held into Travis's arm, just so she didn't fall.

He helped her inside, sitting her down at a table.
"What do you want to eat?" He asked her.
" I'm not very hungry" Taylor admitted, earning a playful glare from Travis.
"What do you want to eat?" He asked again, more forcefully.
"Um, a sandwich will be fine" Taylor told him.

Five minutes later he returned with a cheese sandwich, as well as a lot of other things on the side.
"Travv, I'm not going to eat all this" Taylor sighed.
"Then we'll take it in the car. Taylor, you fainted" Travis stated the obvious.

The minutes later they were back on the road, and three hours after that they had arrived. Taylor had slept most of the rest of the way, however she was still exhausted, and so after greeting everyone she went straight to bed.

"She okay?" Kylie asked as they sat around the table.
" Yeah, just tired" Travis told her. He wasn't sure how much Taylor wanted his family to know, and decided to leave that up to her.

Not long after he retired to bed too, wrapping his arms around Taylor and falling asleep almost straight away.

The next day the whole group decided to go to the zoo. Once again, Travis tried to persuade Taylor not to go, however she wouldn't give in. He reluctantly let her go, however he made her promise that she would tell him if she felt even a little bit not good.

With them all loaded into their cars- Travis, Taylor, Donna and Ed in one, and Kylie, Jason, Wyatt, Bennett and Elliott in the other- they set off.

"Look! It's a sea lion!" Taylor exclaimed, pointing towards the animal. Travis gazed at her with so much love in his eyes. She was almost, if not more, excited than the kids here.
"Did you know that sea lions..." She went on to explain a fun fact about them, and Travis found it adorable.

They moved on to the alligators, and that's when things started to go downhill.

Taylor started to feel sick, but this one was worse than usual. She decided not to tell Travis though, as he would just worry. She was sure it was nothing, but by the time they had reached the great tortoises, Travis had picked up on her demeanour.

"You okay?" He whispered, nudging her.
"Hm? Oh, yeah, I'm fine" Taylor smiled unconvincingly, but Travis saw right through her.
"Are you sure? You need to tell me if you're not" Travis asked again.
"Yeah okay, I'm feeling kinda sick" Taylor admitted. "But it's different than normal"
"We should go sit down somewhere" Travis decided, turning to look around.

"No Trav, I'm sure-" before she could finish her sentence she was cut off by her eyes rolling back in her head and her falling forward. Travis turned around, managing to catch her just in time and lowering her to the floor. Everyone around them was staring as Travis's family rushed over.
"What's happening?"
"Is she okay?"
" Travis? " came the worried chorus from his family. He didn't reply, too focused on his girl. This was different than normal; she usually had control of her body until she fainted, but evidently not today.

If felt like the world was spinning around Taylor as she lay on the ground, unable to move. The noise in her ears made her want to rip them off, and she was terrified. This wasn't the same as it usually was. Eventually she passed out and Travis at with her head in his lap, stroking her hair gently.

"Trav?" Taylor croaked, looking up at him.
" I'm here baby" Travis smiled down at her, helping her up. He helped her sit back against a wall, looking at her in concern.
"Do you think we need to go and see a doctor? That was different" he asked worriedly. Taylor just shrugged, too exhausted to do anything else.
