I'm busy preparing para pumasok sa office when suddenly my beautiful wife walks in, eyebrows furrowed.

"Hi, my lovely wife," bati ko sa kanya with a smile. Agad naman sumama ang mukha niya at walang dalawang-isip na ibinato sa mukha ko ang hawak niyang towel.

Lately, I've noticed she's been grumpier week by week, and honestly, I find it both amusing and a little concerning. I know something's up, but it's still kinda cute seeing her like this, even if I have to dodge flying towels every now and then.

"Ang baho mo, Faye, ano bang pabango yan?" she asked, clearly irritated, her eyebrow still raised.

I smelled myself-never have I changed my perfume. It's the same one I've been wearing since back when I was her professor, and now we're married. I couldn't help but chuckle a bit, thinking how weird she's been acting lately.

Same perfume, same routine, but somehow, everything seems to bother her these days. It's almost like she's a completely different person from the woman who used to love this scent.

"I never changed my perfume, hun," I replied softly.

"Okay," she answered shortly. Then she asked, sounding almost excited, "Saan ka pupunta? Alin sa tatlong work mo ang pupuntahan mo?"

There she goes again-quick to switch moods.

"University, hun," I answered, and she immediately frowned.

"Boring," she said flatly.

I looked at her, confused, seeing her eyebrow already raised.

"Wag ka munang pumasok dun. Dun tayo sa isa mong work," she said.

"In my company?" I asked, and she rolled her eyes at me.

"Hindi, sa isa pa. Narinig ko na may isa sa mga tao mo na nagtaksil sa'yo. Narinig ko kagabi ang meeting niyo ni Miss Pascual at Miss Jimenez."

Her tone suddenly shifted as she continued, "You know how much I hate violence, but I really want to see how you guys torture that monkey."

I raised an eyebrow, surprised at her words. "What? You want to see how we handle it?" I asked, half-joking.

"Yes!" she exclaimed, her eyes lighting up with mischief. "I mean, he deserves it for betraying you. I want to see justice served. It's not like I'm asking you to hurt him badly. Just enough to make him regret it."

I couldn't help but chuckle at her sudden enthusiasm. "You really have a dark side, don't you?"

"Maybe just a little," she replied, smirking. Halika ka na, let's go deal with that traitor. I promise it'll be fun!"

As we arrived at the headquarters, surrounded by towering trees, I glanced at my wife. Her excitement was palpable, and I couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm.

Pagpasok namin, some men bowed their heads in respect, but my wife stood tall, a bright smile on her face. Her confidence radiated in this serious environment.

As we stepped further inside, I noticed Chia and Triz, their faces serious and focused. But when they saw Ae, their expressions shifted to sheer surprise.

"Mira! What are you doing here?" Chia exclaimed, clearly taken aback.

Triz's jaw dropped, and she shook her head in disbelief. "This isn't exactly a place for you, you know."

My wife just laughed, her joy contrasting with the intensity of the situation. "Oh, nandito lang ako para suportahan Misis ko and see how you guys handle the traitor. Let's just say I'm very interested in what's about to happen!"
