"You hit 30, you hire movers. That's my rule." Richard says as he carries stuff to the docking bay. "No guilting your friends into helping you move with pizza and beer."
You laugh and put down the chairs you were carrying. "What I would do for a pizza right now."
Ethan walks in and puts down the stuff he was carrying. Then he looks at the big pile you've collected together in the hangar bay.
"That should be enough."
"Good, cause I don't have the energy to load up this bay for a fourth time." You say and walk back out to the hall.
You close the door after they've walked through. "Open shuttle bay door."
Air whooshes and objects clatter as it gets sucked into space. The door opens and you walk back in, finding the docking bay now empty.
"Well, that got some of the lead out." You say.
"What's our current ETA?" Richard asks.
You look at your tablet and sigh. "16 days."
"Not enough." Ethan mumbles and looks at your tablet with you.
"That's two days short." Richard says. "Anything else we can jettison?"
"No. Not without tearing apart the walls, floors and ceilings." Ethan says.
"Which we can do and isolate ourselves to one area of the ship."
"No. We'd blow through our oxygen reserves in the process."
"Go get some sleep." Ethan tells you and Richard.
Richard is about to speak more on the matter but Ethan stops him.
"Tearing apart this ship is our last resort, okay? Just go get some sleep. I will have a better plan by the time you wake up. Go."
Richard walks out, but you stay.
"Yn, that is an order." Ethan says when he notices you don't leave.
"Or what? You gonna throw me in the brig? Make me walk the plank?"
He sighs annoyed and waves dismissively towards the door. "Go sleep, Yn. I don't have the energy to fight with you right now."
He regrets his words immediately but doesn't move his eyes from the tablet or show any emotion. You just look at him for a long moment before walking out, not noticing him turning to watch you walk with a sad and yearning look.

Richard is sitting on his bed, holding a box of pills. Then he hears grinding from the vent. Frowning, he removes the panel and peak inside, but doesn't see anything out of the ordinary. Getting down and sitting back on the bed, he lays down. He glances at the pillbox.

Seth talks to Zayn. He tells him that he knows that he's lying. Zayn says that he would like to be with his mother because she's sick. Seth informs him that his mother only has a day or two at the most. Seth then tells him that the Achaia can save his mother's life, if he tells him what the crew is hiding.
...
"We could just increase the ships albedo." Ethan whispers to himself.
His head whips toward the hall when he hears a clattering noise.
"Yn? Richard?"
