THE SUN STARTS TO RISE BY THE TIME WE GET BACK TO THE TENT. Harry is calling Hermione's name and the woman makes her way outside. "Is everything alright?" She asks, staring at him with tired eyes and a frown. "It's fine. Actually, you know, it's more than fine." He points to the ginger male who walks behind me.

I step away and move over to Harry. Ron's face lights up at the sight of Hermione. "Hey," he smiles out but anger spills over Hermione's features. She moves over to him, pulling the bag off his shoulder. "You.. complete.. arse, Ronald Weasley!" She throws a handful of leaves at him before grabbing the bag and hitting him with it.

"You show up here after weeks, and you say 'hey'?" Ron is silent and Hermione rapidly turns to face Harry. "Where's my wand, Harry? Where's my wand?" She marches towards him and he staggers backwards. "I don't know." Harry backs into a tree. "Harry Potter, you give me back my wand!" Hermione yells out and Harry stumbles slightly. "I don't have it!" Harry's wand broke once we got here, I assume he borrowed Hermione's before finding the sword.

"How come he's got your wand?" Ron asks and Hermione spins to face him. "Never mind why he's got my wand!" She moves towards the ginger again and Harry staggers over to me. "What is that?" Hermione asks, her eyes on the broken locket in my hand. "You managed to destroy it, Jupe?" I nod my head and her eyes fall to the sword in Ron's hand.

"How is it you just happen to have the sword of Gryffindor?" She questions the boy, who doesn't know how to answer. "It's a long story." Harry says to her. Hermione is silent for a moment before shaking her head. "Don't think this changes anything." She turns around, storming back into the tent. "Oh, of course not. I only just found the bloody sword of Gryffindor. Why would that change anything?" Hermione freezes and turns back around, her face dull.

"Look, I wanted to come back as soon as I left. I just didn't know how to find you." Ron calls out and Harry frowns. "Yeah, how did you find us?" The brunette questions. "With this." Ron says and reaches into his pocket. "It didn't just turn off lights." He holds an object in his hand. "I don't know how it works, but Christmas Morning I was sleeping in this little pub, keeping away from some Snatchers. And I heard it." His eyes light up slightly.

"'It'?" I question and he looks at me before his eyes fall to Hermione. "A voice— your voice, Hermione. Coming out of it." Hermione scoffs slightly. "And what exactly did I say, may I ask?" She sneers. "My name." Ron whispers out. "Just my name. Like a whisper. So, I took it, clicked it, and this tiny ball of light appeared. And I knew. And sure enough, it floated toward me- the ball of light. Went right to my chest, straight through me." He reaches a hand to touch his chest. "Right here."

Hermione's tough facade starts to crack and break. "And I knew it was gonna take me where I needed to go, so I disapparated and came to this hillside. It was dark. I had no idea where I was. I just hoped that one of you would show yourself. And you did." Ron lets out an exhale of relief, his eyes moving to Harry before they fall back on Hermione.

She lets out a deep exhale before turning around and going back into the tent.

I fiddle with the sleeves of my jumper as Hermione and I sit beside each other outside of the tent. It's freezing, but she's refusing to go inside. She's still angry at Ron. Hermione takes in a deep breath. "Jupiter.." I hum at her words and turn my head to look at her. "I don't know what I'm feeling." The words scratch from her throat harshly. I let out a slight sigh. I think I know what it is.

"Explain it to me." She lets out a deep breath at my words, her fingers clinging together, resting on a book which sits on her lap. "I am so unbelievably angry with him. That he left. He just left. Like it was so easy for him. But he's back now, and I don't know what to feel. I'm still angry at him, but I'm relieved that he's back— I just don't know what I'm feeling." We're both silent after she finishes.

Her hands are trembling and I take one of them, looking gently at her. "Do you love him?" Her eyes widen and her cheeks erupt in warmth. "N-No, of course not. I couldn't possibly..." her words trail off as she lowers her eyes. The wind blows gentle on us and Hermione finally finds the courage to speak.

"I... I believe you're right, Jupiter." Her voice is a whisper and she refuses to admit the words, not with the boys in the other room. Hermione's hands take the book on her lap and she opens it. "I saw this symbol at Fleur and Bill's wedding. Xeniphilius Lovegood was wearing it." She says, turning the pages of the book gentle before she stops.

Hermione turns the book for me to see. It's a letter, signed by Dumbledore. Using the Deathly Hallows symbol. "I'm afraid that I don't know where to go next." Hermione tells me and I quickly read the letter. I let out an exhale. "Me neither. But if Dumbledore gave you this book, then maybe he wants us to see Mr. Lovegood." She nods her head.

I hear a loud sound come from inside the tent and Harry yells out a counter spell. "What's going on in there?" I call out, turning around. "Nothing." The boys stammer out. Hermione and I look at each other before going inside of the tent.

"We need to talk." Hermione says and Ron's eyes fall on her. "Yeah, alright." He breathes out and she moves past him and Harry. "I want to go see Xenophilius Lovegood." Hermione says and the boys frown. "Sorry?" Harry questions and Hermione moves over to him, showing him the inked in symbol on the letter.

"See this. It's a letter Dumbledore wrote to Grindelwald. Look at the signature. It's the mark again. It keeps cropping up." She sits herself down on the steps opposite the dining table. "In Beedle the Bard. In the graveyard in Godric's Hollow." Hermione lists and her eyes fall to me. "I told you before, it's the symbol of the Deathly Hallows." I let out a deep exhale, and their eyes turn to me.

Nagini is a Horcrux, and now I believe the Sword of Gryffindor could kill her. "Unless I find the snake, we haven't got another Horcrux to destroy." I say and Hermione pushes herself to stand. "This symbol— it means something. I'm sure of it. We both are." She says, directing at me. "Yeah." Ron breathes out. "They're right.  We ought to see Lovegood. Uh, let's vote on it. Those in favour?" He raises his hand and Hermione gives him a weird look, along with Harry.

He awkwardly lowers his hand and Hermione walks past him. Ron lets out a sigh and turns around, moving away. Harry's green eyes fall on me. "Are you sure of this?" He questions and I nod my head. "Yes, it's the only thing we can do until I find the snake." The projection of me hasn't been able to find her, she's been hiding. She's been hiding from me.

His hand raises and places itself gently on my cheek. I lean into it, a soft smile on my lips. Harry gazes down at me and gently pressing a kiss on my lips. I smile into it and he moves away, pressing his forehead against mine. "I love you, Jupe." I smile at the nickname, my cheeks warming. "I love you too, Harry." I whisper out the words and he presses another kiss on my lips before moving away.

I keep my gaze on my hands, before clenching them slightly. Something bad will happen, I can feel it in my bones.
