It's wrong, but she is mine! (Jayfeather X Female Reader)

Chapter 25

Y/W/N followed the three littermates out through Thunderclan territory, pondering why they left camp so quickly.

Maybe tracking Sol? She thought But why is Jayfeather going? Surely Lionblaze and Hollyleaf would have brought another warrior, and announced it to the clan?

Y/W/N stopped as she heard talking, and peered forward to see. She saw Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and Jayfeather talking to someone, and peered more to see it was Sol.

The she-cat wondered why they were talking to him, until she heard them ask about their true heritage. Sol knows who their real parents are? How?

Unfortunately there was no explanation as to how he knew, but Sol did reveal that the actual parents to the three littermates were Leafpool and Crowfeather, Thunderclans older medicine cat and a Windclan warrior.

So they're not only a product of breaking the medicine cat code, but the warrior code as well? Y/W/N then realized it must have been why Leafpool never outed her and Jayfeather, seeing as she had done the same, and that Jayfeather was her son.

Y/W/N went to back away, unsure of what to make of this information that she shouldn't even have now, but Sol seemed to have sensed her presence and stopped talking, peeking up and staring directly in Y/W/N's direction.

All three Thunderclan cats noticed the loner had stopped talking, and then Lionblaze and Hollyleaf immediately turned around, following Sols gaze.

"It's seems like you three were followed. Now, that you have the information you wanted, I'll be on my way" He said, and wasted no time in padding away, not giving the littermates the chance to speak up against it.

Lionblaze was the first one to approach where Y/W/N was hiding and notice her. "Y/W/N!!? Why did you come here??" He hissed, and the she-cat flattened her ears.

"Well, I noticed you three had left in the commotion over Sols escape so I followed..... Did you guys let him go just to find out your true heritage?" Y/W/N asked, to which Lionblaze looked over at Jayfeather.

Jayfeather sighed and padded up to his mate. "Yeah. Besides, we know he's not the actual cat responsible for Ashfurs death anyways, so it's not like we were actually setting a murderer free"

Y/W/N shivered "But he did take control of Shadowclan for a while, he's still a dangerous cat Jayfeather!"

The blind tom sighed "I know, but it's the only way we could find out who our parents were. Please don't get mad"

Y/W/N though about it. "Hopefully this won't mean that the clan finds out about what me and Hollyleaf did...." She said. She got up as Lionblaze and Hollyleaf walked past, signalling for the mates to follow them back to camp.

A few cats did question the four about why they had left during the commotion, but a quick response of trying to track Sol but failing mostly suited them, though cats still questioned why a medicine cat and a pregnant cat went, and the four just managed to avoid answered those.

A few days passed, with Firestar having ordered extra patrols to try and find Sol. The Gathering was going to be happening, and since Y/W/N hadn't swelled up too much yet and could still mostly walk normal, even if she was starting to become sluggish, Firestar still requested she come to the Gathering.

As Thunderclan entered the island and mingled among the other clans, Y/W/N stuck with Jayfeather, not wanting to answer any questions by the other clans about her pregnancy.

The Gathering went on as normal, and the fire that had erupted recently didn't seem to big that big of a topic.

But as Firestar gave his announcement of how prey was running, he seemed to have started to talk about Y/W/N when a voice stopped him.

Hollyleaf has yowled and approaches the leaders, earning confused looks from everyone there.

Y/W/N looked on, just as confused, until Hollyleaf announced hers and her littermates true parents, and also announced that she was the killer of Ashfur, not Sol.

Y/W/N eyes widened in fear as clouds quickly enveloped the sky and rain began pouring. Is Hollyleaf going to mention me???

But once she announced her heritage and that she's the one who killed Ashfur, not mentioning Y/W/N at all, Hollyleaf left, and soon Lionblaze and Jayfeather followed.

Y/W/N, seeing Jayfeather run off, decided to follow him and make sure he'd be okay.

Lionblaze and Jayfeather chased Hollyleaf all the way back to Thunderclan territory. Y/W/N caught up to them as they yelled at Hollyleaf disappearing into a tunnel, and as the toms were about to follow, the tunnel collapsed in on itself, with Hollyleaf completely disappearing behind the rock wall.

Y/W/N approached Jayfeather and Lionblaze as the brothers stared in shock. "Is Hollyleaf...... gone?" She asked. She'd been good friends with the black she-cat, and moreover, she's mates with her brother Jayfeather.

After a moment of silence, Lionblaze nodded solemnly. "Yeah....... she is....." He said, and Jayfeather looked down. Y/W/N padded up to her blind mate and rubbed up against him affectionately.

"Come on Jayfeather.... Lets go back to camp and figure out what to do next...." She said, and Jayfeather sighed, letting Y/W/N lead him back to camp without complaining.

Thunderclan has already returned to camp, and cats asked questions about where Hollyleaf has gone, and if she had just left the clans altogether.

Lionblaze stopped to tell the cats what had happened to Hollyleaf at the tunnel entrance as Y/W/N and Jayfeather went to the medicine cat den.

Y/W/N led Jayfeather over to their nests and the blind tom laid down, curling up with his nose tucked into his tail. Y/W/N looked at her mate sadly before curling up around Jayfeather, and she felt the medicine cat shift and tuck his muzzle into her stomach, and Y/W/N purred, trying her best to comfort Jayfeather as the two fell asleep.
