Once Upon A Time: Goldilocks comes to Storybrooke

Chapter 60

The day after Rodgers death, Goldilocks and Dr Hopper walked Pongo and Perdita, quickly tied the leashes around a post outside, and entered Granny's Diner, where Emma, Mary Margaret, David, Regina, Henry and Baby Neal were waiting for them. They were all sat around one table.

Mr Gold and Belle were there too, but as soon as Goldilocks and Dr Hopper came in, Belle and Mr Gold kindly offered their seats to them, before leaving to open their shop.

David let Goldilocks know Rodger's body has been found and was ready to be buried, and she could go watch later on. She nodded and decided she would go.

After that everyone ordered drinks, and they just sat down together, taking about random things, telling jokes, and making each other laugh. Goldilocks was sat in between Dr Hopper and Henry.

"I'll go pay for all this," David motioned to all the cups on the table. He brought our his wallet from his back pocket and began rummaging inside.

"I don't mind paying," Dr Hopper offered, bringing out his own wallet.

"No, it's fine. I think I have enough," David replied, standing up and walking towards Ruby, who was behind the till.

"Oh, Mom, can I have ten dollars?" Henry asked Regina.

"What for?" Regina asked. "Do you think I'm made of money, our something?"

Henry pretending to look confused. "But isn't that what Mom stands for?"

Regina opened get mouth to protest, before whispering to herself. "M-O-M.... Made Of Money." Then she rolled her eyes. "Damn it, Henry."

"Oh snap," Emma laughed.

"Haha," Mary Margaret smiled, who was busy rocking Baby Neal in her arms.

"Now don't you two be encouraging him," Regina pointed a warning finger at Mary Margaret and Emma, but she was smiling at the same.

"Henry, I will give you the money," Emma concluded, producing ten dollars and handing out to Henry.

Henry held it up to the light, to see if it was real, and then nodded, slipping the money in his pocket. "Pleasure doing buisness with you."

Goldilocks laughed. It was nice to see everyone getting along.

David came back and sat back down next to Mary Margaret. He put his arm around her.

Just then the door opened and in walked Captain Hook, looking slightly tired, but smiling.

"Killian," Emma stood up and threw her arms around the pirate.

"Hello love," Captain Hook hugged her back.

Goldilocks looked at the door. "Where's Merida?" She asked Captain Hook.

The pirate scratched the back of his neck with his hook. "I don't know to tell you this, Goldilocks - "

"She decided to stay in Scotland?" Goldilocks suggested.

"...Yeah..."

"Are you okay with that, Goldilocks?" Regina asked.

"Yes," Goldilocks smiled. "It's fine. I kinda thought she was going to stay anyway."

"Glad to hear," Henry reached for Goldilocks's hand. Goldilocks smiled.

"Well, what shall we do now?" Mary Margaret asked. "We've all finished our drinks."

"Well, it all depends on how long it is until another unknown villain, or fairy tale character comes to Storybrooke," Regina replied.

"Which hopefully won't be anytime soon," David sighed.

Emma laughed. "I've been thinking the same thing for six years!"

Henry looked around the room. "Well, thankfully no one in here looks new to town, or too suspicious."

Everyone laughed and stood up.

"Can me and Goldilocks go buy candy?" Henry asked.

Emma nodded. "Do you have your cell phone with you?"

"I do, but I'll have to get Henry to call you if it's an emergency," Goldilocks answered.

"Fair enough," Dr Hopper said. "I'll take the dogs back home."

"I need to go find Leroy and the Dwarves," David said.

"And I best get Neal back home," Mary Margaret told everyone.

"I'll be going to the sheriff station," Emma confirmed.

"I'll be heading back to my ship," Hook nodded.

"And I'll take this to Mr Gold," Regina held up the bottle of magic bean dust, which was unused since Rodger had died. "Unless anyone wants it for anything?"

Regina looked at Goldilocks, who shook her head. "I don't need it, take it to Mr Gold."

Everyone left Granny's Diner, and began to walk down the street together, some were hand-in-hand, others had their arms around each other. They continued walking, before coming to a fork in the road, where everyone said goodbye, and went their separate ways.
