Part 85: 6 years in

(6 years crawled by as the subway became their new normal. Any hope that they had once had of making it home to their family had long faded as they took more time to explore the timelines then try and find their own. Y/n used her powers to help keep them sustained. She made sure they had water and grew food from the earth where she could, set fire to keep them warm at night and currculating air when the subway air got stale and it bcame hard to breathe. Their time on the train had become minimal, simply switching timelines once they got bored of the one they were in. None of them were home so they never spent more than a few hours in each at a time before going back into the subway station. Lila would continue to disappear for hours under the guise of exploration but Y/n was always suspicious. Lila would come back like nothing happened, talk and laugh with the couple like they were life long friends. They all knew something was off but none of them wanted question it, so Lila minded her own business while Five and Y/n minded theirs. By this time they were all tired. Exhausted from the years spend alone and riding a subway, searching for a way out that didn't seem to exist. All of the stations were crossed off at this point, making them wonder if their timeline even still existed or if it had been wiped out like all the others they had once madde the mistake of calling home. It's a thought none of them liked but one they couldn't get rid off. Y/n was the first to bring up this concern to Five and even though he had reesured her that their family and their timeline was safe and still had to be out there, it was hard to ease her worries when he didn't fully believe it himself.)
