Part 94: Going Back

Five: I'm sorry love. I never ment to hurt you. 

Y/n: I'm not the only one you have to apologize to, Five.

(Y/n looks at Lila who is frozen in place before she grabbed the book from Y/n and started walking fast into the main house.)

Five: What are you doing?

Lila: What does it look like I'm doing? I'm going home. 

(Y/n got up and started to gather her things and put on her shoes, ready to head out and go home.)

Five: We should talk about this. 

Lila: There's nothing to talk about. We're going back. 

Five: To what? Another apocalypse? Another broken timeline? 

Y/n: We are going back to our family, Five. 

Lila: You do not get to decide what I do with my life! 

Five: I thought you both were happy here.

Y/n: Yes, I was happy but the kind of happy you are on vacation. Not the kind of happiness that can sustain you forever. 

Five: Why not?! We're safe here. We have everything we need. We have each other. 

Y/n: So you're willing to thrrow everything else away? 

Five: If it means spending the rest of my life with you, then yes. 

Y/n:... I love you Five. More than anything, but my kingdom needs me. Our family needs us. We don't get to turn our back on them. 

Lila: I have children. Children who need me and I need them. 

Five: I know. But we don't know what we're going back to. 

Y/n: Isn't that part of the fun. (Y/n smiles weakly.) 

Lila: Stay if you want, I'm going back. 

(Lila storms out.)

Y/n: It's a risk we have to take Five. 

Five: No we don't.

Y/n: Once upon a time you would have done anything to save your family. It's one of the things that I love about you. What changed? 

(Y/n didn't give Five time to answer as she went after Lila with Five following close behind her.)
