Part 113: Red

*With Five and Y/n*

(The PA system continued to make warped sounds as the train went through the tunnels, passing multiple stations without stopping and Y/n started to get concerned that they would get stuck again. They sat their for what felt like hours until Y/n noticed something.)

Y/n: Did you see that?

Five: See what?

Y/n: Everytime the train track has switched, the tunnel turned gold as it brought us to another timeline. Right?

Five: Yeah, so?

Y/n: It's been the same every time, no changes. It was always gold. 

Five: Yes. Everytime we've switched timelines, it's been gold.

Y/n: It wasn't gold this time.

Five: What? Love, what are you talking about?

Y/n: This transition, it didn't glow gold, it glowed red. 

Five: Red?

(The train began to slow up til stopping at the platform and the doors opened.)

Y/n: Whatever the subway station wants us to find, I think it brought us right to it.

(They examined the subway station for a minute through the windows, not noticing anything different about this station from the others they had been to until they heard footsteps. Looking around they saw someone walking in the station and their eyes widened in shock. Not just because they saw someone else but because the other person looked extremely familiar. It was an exact copy of Five. The copy of Five nodded his head at them and continued walking as if nothing was wrong. The couple looked at each other, having a silent conversation of wether they should follow him or not, which didn't take long to settle. The couple got up from their seats quickly and started following the other Five to hopefully get some answers. They both wanted answers and they were far too curious to just let it go. They knew the saying curiosity killed the cat but lucky for both of them, they weren't cats.)
