Diego: Lila, why don't you take the family to that crazy subway of yours? You save them... save yourself.
Five: No, she can't do that.
Diego: I'm not talking to you, Five.
Five: All the marigold needs to be destroyed, Diego.
Y/n: He's right. Lila's part of this too. If she leaves, the cycle will start all over again.
Five: If Lila is't here when the Cleanse comes, it just restarts.
Diego: Yeah, well, good thing it's her decision, isn't it?
Five: Yeah.
(Lila looks down, thinking it through which sparked an anger in Y/n. Lila knew the risks, she knew she couldn't. She'd save herself and for what? Just for the world to end again and everybody be killed. She understood saving her family, that could be done, but Lila needed to stay here.)
Diego: You should go too, Y/n.
Y/n: What?
Diego: You don't have marigold in you, you could leave and be safe.
Y/n: Marigold or not, I'm not supposed to be here. The timeline will come for me all the same.
Diego: Then go back to your castle. the universe needs you.
Y/n: Not really. I'm more of just a figure head, a guardian.
Diego: You have a way out Y/n. Why won't you take it?
Y/n: Because I'm done running. I'm done disappearing. I'm done hiding. If the worlds going to end, I'm going to be with my family when it does. I've left you all enough. This time I'm staying. This time we stand our ground. This time we go down as a family.
(The room went quiet as everyone looked at her. Diego didn't expected her to leave but he had hoped that she would. Five knew there was nothing he could say. She wouldn't leave them again, especially not now. As much as it was Lila's choice is she wanted to go with her family, it was Y/n's to stay with hers. Atleast they would be together in the end.)
