Part 122: Not Your Time

(Y/n looks at all her sibling, silently daring them to try and convince her to go but none of them did. As much as they'd want to know she was safe, she had made up her mind and it wasn't changing.)

Claire: I'm staying too. I'm staying with my mom. 

(The group looks over to find Claire standing in the door way. When everyone looks at her, she walks over to her mom.)

Klaus: Claire Bear.

Allison: No. 

Claire: Mom, I'm staying. 

(Y/n walks over near Five, giving Claire enough room to sit next to Allison.)

Allison: No. You have to go with Lila, okay? We have to stay, but you... you can leave. Live your life. 

Claire: Aunt Y/n doesn't have to stay but she is. So am I. 

(Allison looks up at Y/n in hopes she'll say something to convince Claire to leave with the others.)

Y/n: Claire, I'm an adult. I may not look it, but I'm in my 60's. I have lived my life. I've done so many things. I've been on missions, I've snuck out. I ran away, fought the apocalypse, I've been all over the world, all over the timeline (looks at Five) married the love of my life, (looks back at Claire.) I became a queen. I have had an extraordinary life, filled with adventure and excitement and love and I wouldn't trade that for the world, but I've been living on borrowed time. It's time for me to go, but I do so knowing that I lived a life I can be proud of. 

Claire: Are you afraid to die? 

Y/n: No. I knew it would have to happen eventually. It's my time and I accept that, but it's not your time. Not yet. You're still young. You still have a lot more living to do.

Claire: (Turns back to her mother.)I'd rather die here with you than not remember you. 

Allison: No. I need you to live... Okay? I need you to live and experience all of the amazing things that this world has to offer you, okay? 

Claire: I'll forget you, Mom. 

Allison: No. We don't know that. Okay? We don't know that. What I do know is you have to go with Lila. 

Claire: No. I can't.
