Part 91 - Accidents Will Happen

Red pov:

So we somehow managed to revive hades. Mal blocked me before he could try killing me again. He seemed to have settled after Mal gave him a big hug.

Red: we have lots to talk about, but we'll keep it brief for now. You are alive, yes, but we will need you to lay low. I want to recruit an army to take down the queen, but I need everyone's help when the time is right.

I then turn to hades, taking a step forward.

Red: hades? Would you like to join my army?

Hades: Wait? Why are you going against your mother?

Red: because I didn't want nor asked to be the new princess of Auradon. I may not have everything fully figured out yet, but I know we are getting closer to actually being able to take her down. We won't kill her because I don't want her dead.... I don't want anyone dead....

Chloe comes beside me and rubs my arm in comfort. I turn to her.

Red: Thanks, Chloe.

She softly smiles at me. I turn back.

Red: All I know is that we have a lot of work to do. We need to recruit the best of the best. We do need to keep this army small just to be extra save. Mal and Evie probably have ideas on who to recruit. Me and Ruby need to practice our magic as much and Chloe.... you just practice your amazing sword skills.

Chloe: I can do that.

Ruby: So how do we make this work?

Red: Well, after supper, we can regroup here.  I'm still debating if I should keep Mal and evie here.....

Chloe: I think it'll be best. They won't have to attend class and they can recruit more people more easily here.

Red: I guess.

My phone then rang.

Red: Hello?

QoH: Red, I will need you to attend training with Ruby and Chloe in an hour. I will be taking another sample from both you and Ruby. Meet me at the courtyard, and don't be late.

She then hangs up.

Red: Well, it looks like our visit is cut short. My mom wants me, Chloe and Ruby, for training.

Mal: Why Chloe?

Red: Oh, right. I haven't told you yet. My mom is letting me be more romantic with Chloe to strengthen my love magic. She hasn't told me why just yet, so I'll probably ask her later.

Evie: ok, well, see you guys, thanks for bringing back hades.

Red: Yeah, don't make me regret it....

I say, almost fake smiling at them before Chloe grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the house. Once at the courtyard, we waited for my mother to show up.

Red: we should warm up.

I say, leaning over closer to Chloe as we are sitting on the bench.

Chloe: But what about your mom?

Red: she knows I need it.... besides, I'll keep you safe.

Chloe: Fine.... but you have to tell me what you want.

💭Red: Of course, she says that.... I don't like giving orders, but I guess this is like.... permission?....

Red: ok then, I want you to hold my hand and give me a kiss.

Chloe: Good, now come here.

So we held hands and kissed a few times. Her warm lips on mine just felt so good every time. She kept teasing me by pulling her lips just far enough so I couldn't feel them before pushing them back into mine. After a few moments of that, we lulled back, and my mother arrived not long after.
