Part 47 - Acusations and Punishments

Chloe pov:

Where outside of the castle and Red collapses, but I catch her in my arms.

Chloe: Are you all just gonna stand here, or will you be a good person and help this poor girl.

I watch as the three women exchange looks. My face is growing with worry. I look at Red before noticing Evie coming up to me helping me lift Red.

Uma: Let's go, we don't have much time.

I smiled as we made it to the car. I had Red's head resting on my shoulder as I held her and played with her hair.

Chloe: Where are we going?

Mal: We're going to my house for the night.

So Uma drove us, and soon we got to the house and brought Red in, putting her on the bed. I then take off her jacket, trying not to wake her up.

Mal: What are you doing?

Chloe: taking care of my girlfriend. Now give me some disinfectant and cotton balls.

I said in a stern voice. I was still mad at them.

Evie goes and gets some from the washroom. I then gently turned Red over and lifted up her shirt. The marks were quite nasty. There were a lot of deep cuts.

Chloe: If Red was anything like her mother, you would all be dead. But she's not. She decides to still save your butts when you don't deserve it.

I said, growling, looking down at the abused girl. Mal walks over and takes a closer look.

Mal: After disinfecting the wounds, I can use a spell that will heal and get rid of any scars on her.

I look up.

Chloe: You can do that?

Mal: I should.

So Evie and I then gently clean Red's back, trying to keep her asleep. She needs her rest. After that, we backed up, giving Mal room. She opens her book and casts a spell. All the wounds and scars closed up and faded.

Chloe: woah.... it's like she was never abused.

Mal: Yes.

A moment of silence passed before Mal spoke up again.

Mal: All I wanted to do is protect Auradon.

Chloe: And yet the only thing you did was go against your words and goals.

Red pov:

I could hear Chloe's voice as I started to gain consciousness. I then open my eyes as I notice I'm in a bed, but I don't know where I am. I let out a groan as I see Chloe look down at me.

Chloe: Red, you're awake.

I then slowly sat up. Chloe then gives me a glass of water.

Red: What? What happened?

I then took the cup, and I drank it.

Chloe: You passed out from dehydration.... I think?  How are you feeling?

Red: Better sorta.

I then felt Chloe's hand on my back, I flinched, expecting it to hurt, but it didn't.

I then turned around and lifted my shirt to notice no scars.

Chloe: Mal used a spell to heal all your scars.

Chloe then moved my hair as my mark was still there.

Mal: Sadly doesn't work for burns.

Red: it's fine. Those brandings are a part of me.
