Part 112 - That Thing Again?

Chloe pov:

I woke up the next day in bed being heled by Red. I slowly wake up trying to remember what happened last night but was having trouble. I then felt Red kiss the bridge of my nose. Oh, I remember now. I yawn as I open my eyes.

Red: Good morning, baby.

Chloe: Good morning. I'm guessing you carried me to bed again?

Red: Well, of course I did, I don't want you to be sleeping on the roof after all.

Ruby gets up from her hair as she's brushing her hair.

Ruby: What were you guys doing on the roof anyway?

Red: I brought her up there because it's a calm, quiet place to talk, I also smgot to ask her a question sive had in my mind.

Chloe: she asked me if I saw a future with her, and I said yes.

Ruby: Awe, that's cute.

Chloe: I also told her how an amazing parent she will be.

Ruby: I agree with that. You two are gonna the best parents anyone could have.

So we got up and went on our school day like usual. After 6 hours of learning, Red kissed me before sending me to my fencing. She was right, tho. we haven't seen the queen in a while. Let's just hope she's not planning on something new. I practiced a lot in fencing because Red said that I should work on my sword skills whenever the war happens or whatever her plan is. Like, what's the end goal to just not kill the queen? To take over? I need to trust that she knows what she's planning even if that plan may not be fully formed just yet. After winning 2 matches, I was walking back to the dorm while I was deep in my thoughts. Ever since the incident, Red's been scared to touch me, but I did reassure her, and that helped, but I want to help her confidence even more. What can I do to help? Is there anything I can do? I then had a flashback of when we blindfolded doing the trust exercise, and it gave the best idea. When Red was blindfolded, she had her hands out like she was trying to reach something, but this time, she would be purposefully reaching for me instead. I then smile as I skip back to the dorm.

Chloe: Guess what we're going to do this evening?

Red: something different, I'm guessing. You always sing your words when you're all happy like that.

Chloe: I'm just excited, that's all. Besides, this will be good for you.

Red: Now I'm nervous about what it is.

I hugged her and gave her a sweet kiss and pulled out, holding her arms.

Chloe: Don't be nervous, sweetie.... it'll be fun, I promise.

Red: If you say so.

Chloe: Let's shower now before supper. You can go first.

Red: ok.

And Red headed to the washroom before Ruby came in.

Ruby: I finally figured out how I'm going to help hades.

Chloe: Great, wgast the plan?:

Ruby: Well, because we kind of need him to hide from the queen, I'll host a secret meetup where I could get then close enough to use the device. All I actually need is for them to look in each other's eyes, and the device will do the rest for me.

Chloe: That's amazing. You'll find his true love in no time.

Ruby: I hope so too, he seemed quite lonely.

Chloe: At least he's got Mal.

Ruby: True.

So after showering and eating supper, Ruby waved before heading to the farmhouse and meet up with hades.
