Now just wondering how many of you have read the 'after the bridge' story that cassie wrote about Jessa Having sex? Because if you haven't then idk what you've been doing...anyway there is a comment at the end where a fan is like "wow cassie I never knew you would write something so smutty" and she says "practicing for TDA" WAIT WHAT?! "PRACTICING FOR TDA?!" Yea I want some sexy times in TDA ☺️

• cassie said tlh (the last hours) and tda will be connected like tid and tmi so in tlh if you don't know already lucie and James herondale are two of the main characters. Now we so far have no herondales playing a major roll in the dark artifices. Also Cassie said that this is the biggest cast she has ever written AND Cassandra Jean said she was drawing a lot of secret characters from TDA. OMFG THIS IS JUST PERFECT. ALSO I was just curious why we haven't HEARED about this "other branch on herondales" until right before TDA (the lost herondale book 2 of shadow hunter academy is about it) but seriously there is always a reason Cassie does things and we would have known about them otherwise. SO IM DOING IT IM JOINING THE "THERE IS ANOTHER HERONDALE THAT WILL BE IN TDA" SQUAD. I'm sorry. Haha

Okay on to part two. THE CAVES. Now can I just say I CALLED IT I FRIKEN CALLED IT OKAY! For those of you who don't follow my tumblr (devicesofinstrumentalartifices 😘) then you won't know but like 6 months ago I posted a thing about there being caves near the LA institute (sea caves at Leo Carrillo which are just down the beach from the institute) and how there would be cave sexy times and how they can follow in the footsteps of Shadowhunters past. Hehe I called it. So cassie if your out there WE WANT A SEXY TIMES IN CAVE JUST FOR THE SAKE OF CAVE SEX AND IT MUST BE IN THE 3 RD BOOK 😉😅😋

Now the sexy times are pretty self explanatory I feel like TDA will be a lot more adult and sexy compared to the other cassie books because

A) the characters are older
B) there is like no adults looking after the characters

But the part of the answer I am most curious about is the part where cassie says "that may or may not all be present in the same scene" now the way she wrote it does suggest she is talking about three separate things but for some reason she found a need to add that sentence either to throw us off or to just annoy us 😅😁

Also the word artifice means: disturbing,  twisted, scary, horrible. So this is going to be some dark stuff. But to be honest fairys are basically all four of those words so yea.

TDA is also themed off the noir film period and if you didn't know the noir film period was a period of Hollywood between 1950 and 1970 where a new genre of film entered the entertainment industry.noir films were dark romances generally creepy murders. Although they couldn't be classified in thriller, horror or romance because they were all three so instead they made a new genre thus giving birth to noir film. *history lesson over* but I understand because the chapter "highborn kingsmen" in lady midnight sets up the whole romance and murder investigation part of the series.

Now I know cassie said the most important part of TDA is what it means to be family so this should be pretty cute and we all know family isn't always blood. So this will be cute af
