Sunday morning dawned bright and cheerful at the Thakkar household. The warm sunlight streaming through the windows highlighted the cozy atmosphere of the home. Bhagyashree, Rajat's mother, was already up and about, bustling around the kitchen with a warm smile on her face.

Savi, still in her nightwear, walked into the kitchen, yawning sleepily. "Good morning, Mummy ji," she said, rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

Bhagyashree turned around, a wooden spoon in hand, and smiled at Savi. "Good morning, beta! Today, I'm making everyone's favorite breakfast - aaloo ke pakode."

Savi's eyes lit up. "Mmm, that sounds delicious! But Mummy ji, you don't have to trouble yourself. I can make it."

Bhagyashree chuckled. "Trouble? Beta, cooking for my family is never trouble. It's my pleasure. And besides, my aaloo ke pakode are famous in this house."

Savi laughed. "I know, Mummy ji. But I'm sure mine won't be bad either."

Bhagyashree playfully argued, "Oh, no, no. My recipe is the best. You can't beat it. I've spent years perfecting it."

Savi grinned. "Is that a challenge, Mummy ji?"

Bhagyashree smiled slyly. "Maybe just a little."

Savi laughed and held up her hands in mock surrender. "Okay, okay. You win. But only if you promise to let me help with something else."

Bhagyashree's face lit up with a warm smile. "Deal, beta. Now, go get ready. We'll have breakfast soon."

As Savi held up her hands in mock surrender, a tiny, sleepy figure wandered into the kitchen. Sai, was still in her night suit, clutching her favorite bedsheet in one hand. Her eyes were half-closed, and her tiny face scrunched up in distress.

"Mumma...no school!" Sai wailed, her voice trembling with tears.

Savi's expression softened instantly. She dropped her hands and rushed to comfort her little daughter. "Shh, baby, it's Sunday. You don't have school today."

Sai's tears slowed, and she looked up at Savi with sleepy, uncertain eyes. "Really, Mumma?"

Savi nodded, smiling. "Really, baby. Today is a fun day. We can play, watch cartoons, and have a yummy breakfast."

Bhagyashree chuckled and added, "And dadi's special aaloo ke pakode are waiting for you!"

Sai's face brightened, and she let out a squeal of excitement. "Yay! Pakode!" She dropped her bedsheet and ran to Bhagyashree, hugging her legs. "Dadi, I love your pakode!"

Savi's eyes sparkled with curiosity as she asked Sai, "And where's your brother? Still sleeping?"

Sai shook her head, her ponytail bobbing behind her. "No, Mumma. Bhaiya already took a shower. He's going with Lucky Chachu somewhere."

Savi's eyebrows shot up in surprise as she turned to Bhagyashree. "Lucky Chachu?" she repeated, her voice tinged with inquiry.

Bhagyashree shook her head, a hint of a smile playing on her lips. "I don't know, beta. I didn't know he was taking kiaan out today."

Savi's eyes narrowed slightly, her mind whirling with possibilities.

Rajat walked into the kitchen, his eyes scanning the room for Savi. He spotted her standing near the counter, chatting with his mother and Sai. A warm smile spread across his face as he took in the cozy scene.

"Good morning," he said, his voice low and husky. "What's cooking?"

Bhagyashree turned around, a wooden spoon in hand. "Aaloo ke pakode, beta. Your favorite."

Rajat's eyes lit up, but he didn't respond. Instead, he walked over to Savi, his gaze locked on hers. "Hey," he said softly, his voice meant only for her.

Savi's cheeks flushed slightly as she smiled up at him. "Hey," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

The air around them seemed to vibrate with an unspoken connection, a sense of intimacy that only they shared. Bhagyashree and Sai exchanged a knowing glance, happy to see the love and affection between Rajat and Savi.

Savi's eyes met Rajat's, and she felt a flutter in her chest. His words from the early morning still lingered in her mind, "I think I'm falling for you, Savi." She didn't know how to respond, didn't know what to say.

Rajat's smile faltered for a moment, as if he sensed her unease. But then, he flashed a bright smile, and the tension was broken.

"Let's eat!" Bhagyashree exclaimed, carrying a steaming hot platter of aaloo ke pakode to the dining table.

The family gathered around the table, chatting and laughing as they passed plates and served themselves. Savi tried to focus on the conversation, but her mind kept drifting back to Rajat's words.

What did he mean? Was he really falling for her? And what did she feel in return? Savi's thoughts swirled, leaving her feeling confused and uncertain.

As they ate and chatted, Savi couldn't help but steal glances at Rajat. He seemed oblivious to her turmoil, laughing and joking with his family.

But Savi noticed the way he looked at her, the way his eyes crinkled at the corners when he smiled. She felt a flutter in her chest, a sense of connection that she couldn't ignore.

What was happening between them? And where would it lead?

As Dolly Bua sat down at the table, Tara leaned in to whisper something in Ridhi's ear. Ridhi's eyes widened slightly, and she glanced at Dolly Bua before looking away.

Dolly Bua's eyes twinkled with amusement as she said, "Don't gossip behind me, girls. I can hear you."

Tara and Ridhi exchanged a sheepish glance, their faces flushing slightly.

Dolly Bua continued, "I know you're wondering why I'm not going back to my house yet. Let me tell you, I'm going today. I've stayed here long enough to see that Rajat's wife is taking good care of him."

She smiled warmly at Savi, who looked up from her plate, a hint of surprise on her face.

Dolly Bua said, "That's all the sukoon I needed. Now, I have my own home to handle. My husband must be missing me terribly."

The family laughed at Dolly Bua's witty remark, and the tension was broken.

Savi's eyes dropped, her cheeks flushing slightly at Dolly Bua's words. But before she could react, Rajat stood up, a charming smile spreading across his face.

"Today, I must serve you the food, Savi," he said, his eyes crinkling at the corners.

Tara let out a low whistle, her eyes sparkling with amusement. Ridhi giggled, and Bhagyashree smiled, her eyes shining with warmth.

Dolly Bua chuckled, "Oh, Rajat, you're really spoiling your wife!"

Savi's face grew even hotter, but she couldn't help smiling at Rajat's thoughtful gesture. She watched as he expertly served her a portion of aaloo ke pakode, his hands brushing against hers as he handed her the plate.

The touch sent a shiver down her spine, and she felt her heart skip a beat. She looked up at Rajat, her eyes meeting his, and for a moment, they just stared at each other, the world around them melting away.

Sai's tiny voice broke the spell, and Rajat and Savi looked away, smiling.

"Papa made Pari Mumma eat too!" Sai exclaimed, her eyes shining with excitement.

The family laughed, and Bhagyashree said, "That's so sweet, beta! Papa is taking good care of Mummy."

Rajat ruffled Sai's hair, saying, "That's right, baby. Papa wants Mummy to eat well and be happy."

Savi's heart swelled with emotion as she watched Rajat interact with their daughter. She felt grateful for this little family of hers, and for the love and care that they shared with each other.
