Savi sat on the bed, fidgeting with the edge of the blanket. Rajat came into the room, closing the door behind him. He walked over to the bed and sat down beside Savi.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Rajat asked, noticing Savi's hesitant expression.

Savi took a deep breath before asking, "Where did Kiaan go with Lucky Bhaiya?"

Rajat's expression turned somber as he replied, "Kiaan wanted to meet his mom. So, Lucky took him to the jail."

Savi's eyes widened in surprise, and she felt a pang of sadness for Kiaan. She turned to Rajat, asking, "Why didn't you go with him?"

Rajat's jaw clenched slightly, and he looked away, his voice low and measured. "I didn't want to go, Savi. I'm still trying to process everything that happened."

Rajat's voice took on a harder tone as he said, "I don't want to give her that kind of importance, Savi. I'm already attending her court hearings, and that's enough. I don't want to make a big deal out of it or give her the satisfaction of thinking she's still relevant in our lives."

Savi's eyes locked onto Rajat's, and she could see the pain and anger still simmering beneath the surface. She squeezed his arm gently, trying to offer what little comfort she could.

"I understand, Rajat," she said softly. "You're doing what you need to do, and that's okay. But Rajat you have to tell Kiaan about his mother's reality. For how long we can hide it. "

Rajat's gaze faltered, and he looked away, his jaw clenched in a mixture of emotions. Savi's words struck a chord, and he knew she was right. Kiaan was a bright and mature child, and he deserved to know the truth about his mother.

Rajat's expression changed, and he looked at Savi with a hint of warning in his eyes. "Savi, I think you shouldn't meddle in this matter," he said, his voice firm but controlled.

Savi's eyes widened in surprise, and she felt a sting from Rajat's words. "What do you mean?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Rajat's jaw clenched, and he looked away, his eyes flashing with a mix of emotions. "I mean, this is between Kiaan and me. We'll handle it. You don't need to get involved."

Savi felt a pang of hurt and confusion. Why was Rajat pushing her away? Didn't he trust her to help him and Kiaan through this difficult time?

Savi took a deep breath, calming her racing heartbeat. She repeated her inner mantra, trying to reassure herself. "Okay, Savi. What if Rajat is falling for you, but he doesn't want you to meddle in this matter? That's okay. This isn't so hurtful."

She looked at Rajat, trying to see things from his perspective. Maybe he just needed space to deal with Kiaan's situation. Maybe he wasn't ready to open up to her about it.

Savi's eyes softened, and she smiled gently. "Okay, Rajat. I'll give you space. I'll respect your boundaries."

Rajat's expression didn't change, but Savi sensed a subtle relaxation in his posture. He nodded curtly, and the tension between them dissipated slightly.

Savi stood up, smoothing out her clothes, and walked over to where Sai was playing with her doll. She sat down beside Sai, who looked up at her with a bright smile.

"Mumma!" Sai exclaimed, throwing her arms around Savi's neck.

Savi hugged Sai back, feeling a warmth in her heart. She watched as Sai continued to play with her doll, chatting away in a sweet, high-pitched voice.

Savi's thoughts drifted back to her conversation with Rajat, but being with Sai helped to distract her from the lingering emotions.

As she sat there, Savi felt a sense of peace settle over her. Being with Sai reminded her of what was truly important in life - love, family, and relationships.
