Savi stood up from the bed, her eyes scanning the empty room as if searching for Rajat's presence. She felt a pang of loneliness, missing him badly.

She wandered over to the window, gazing out at the sky. The sun was shining brightly, but Savi's mood was gloomy.

As she stood there, lost in thought, Savi's mind kept drifting back to Rajat. She wondered what he was doing at that moment, whether he was thinking of her too.

Her heart ached with a mix of emotions - longing, confusion, and uncertainty. Savi didn't know how to process her feelings or what the future held for her and Rajat.

Savi's hand rested on her heart, as if trying to calm its restless beating. She closed her eyes, letting the question echo within her.

"Is this love?" she whispered, her voice barely audible.

The words hung in the air, like a fragile, delicate thing. Savi's heart skipped a beat as she waited for an answer, as if expecting the universe to respond.

But the only sound was the quiet hum of the city outside, and the soft thud of her own heartbeat. Savi's eyes fluttered open, and she gazed out the window, lost in thought.

Was this love? She didn't know. All she knew was that she felt something deep and real, something that made her heart ache and her soul stir.

Savi stepped out of her room, still lost in thought, and made her way to the kitchen. The aroma of cooking rice and lentils filled the air, and her stomach growled in response.

As she entered the kitchen, she saw Bhagyashree busily stirring a pot of kheechdi, a traditional Indian comfort food. Bhagyashree looked up and smiled, her eyes sparkling with warmth.

"Hey, beta! Come, sit down. I'm making kheechdi for you," Bhagyashree said, beckoning Savi to take a seat.

Savi's eyes widened in surprise as she asked, "Mummy ji, why didn't you wake me up?"

Bhagyashree's expression turned gentle, and she replied, "You were feeling unwell, beta. I didn't want to disturb you. Besides, I'm making this kheechdi especially for you and Sai. It's good for when you're not feeling well."

Savi's heart swelled with love and gratitude for her care and concern. She felt a lump form in her throat as she said, "Thank you, Mummy ji. You always take such good care of me."

Bhagyashree smiled warmly and said, "That's what mothers are for, beta. Now, come, sit down, and eat something. You need to regain your strength."

Savi's eyes darted to the clock on the wall, and she was surprised to see that it was already 11 am. She turned to Bhagyashree and asked, "Mummy ji, where's Sai? And where's Kiaan?"

Bhagyashree chuckled and said, "My little dhingli, Sai, is sleeping."

Savi smiled, imagining her little one adorable face, fast asleep.

"And Kiaan?" Savi asked, curious.

Bhagyashree replied, "Kiaan went out with Lucky. They're probably out on some adventure or other."

Savi's eyes widened as she remembered Rajat's words from the previous day. "I ain't going to pick up Aashika. Lucky will go."

A shiver ran down her spine as Lucky and Kiaan go out, she felt a growing sense of unease.

She turned to Bhagyashree, her voice low and serious. "Mummy ji, do you think something's wrong? Rajat said Lucky would pick up Aashika, and now they're all out... so Is she coming to this house?"

Bhagyashree's expression turned thoughtful, and she said, "I don't know, beta. But I do have a feeling that something's brewing. Maybe it's just my intuition, but I think we should be prepared for anything."

Savi's heart skipped a beat as she wondered what could be coming their way. Was a storm really brewing, or was it just her imagination?

Bhagyashree's eyes locked onto Savi's, and she could see the insecurity and fear lingering there. Without a word, Bhagyashree reached out and gently held Savi's face in her hands.

Her touch was warm and reassuring, and Savi felt a sense of calm wash over her. Bhagyashree's eyes sparkled with love and determination as she spoke:

"Beta, you will be the only daughter-in-law of this house. Rajat's wife and Sai's mumma. I will not let anyone take your place or your rights. You are our family, and we will always stand by you."

Savi's eyes welled up with tears as she felt a wave of gratitude and love for Bhagyashree. She knew that she could always count on her to be there for her, to support and protect her.

Savi's arms wrapped tightly around Bhagyashree, holding her close as tears streamed down her face. Bhagyashree's arms enveloped Savi, offering comfort and reassurance.

"Mummy, my head is all messed up because of this," Savi sobbed, her voice shaking with emotion. "This insecurity...it feels like I shouldn't marry. Like I'm not good enough."

Bhagyashree's hold on Savi tightened, and she whispered softly, "Beta, you are more than enough. You are kind, loving, and strong. Don't let anyone make you feel otherwise."

Savi's tears flowed harder, releasing all the pent-up emotions and fears she had been carrying. Bhagyashree held her close, letting her cry, and whispering words of comfort and love.

Bhagyashree's voice was firm but gentle as she spoke, "Now, calm down, beta. You are our family, not that witch, okay?"

Savi's sobs slowly subsided, replaced by sniffles and ragged breathing. She pulled back from Bhagyashree, her eyes red and puffy from crying.

Bhagyashree handed her a tissue, and Savi blew her nose, feeling a little better. She looked up at Bhagyashree, a small smile on her face.

"Thanks, Mummy ji," Savi said, her voice still shaky. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

Bhagyashree's face softened, and she cupped Savi's cheek in her hand. "You'll never have to find out, beta. I'll always be here for you."

Door bell rings...

Savi's heart sank as the doorbell rang, and she felt a sense of dread wash over her. She knew that her worst nightmare was about to become a reality.

Bhagyashree opened the door, and Kiaan burst in, his face lit up with excitement. He ran to Savi and threw his arms around her, hugging her tightly.

"Pari aunty, my mumma is out! And with me." Kiaan exclaimed, his voice bubbling with joy. "I'm so happy! Come and meet my mumma. You'll love her. She's so good."

Savi's eyes widened in horror as she realized that Aashika, Rajat's ex-wife, had arrived. She felt like she'd been punched in the gut, and her mind went blank.

Bhagyashree's expression turned stern, and she tried to intervene, but Kiaan was too excited, too caught up in the moment. Savi knew she had to compose herself, but her heart was racing, and her palms were sweating. What was she going to do?
