I wake up to banging on my door, its Carden, seemingly reluctantly from his voice, telling me to wake up. I rush over and open the door telling him he can stop because I'm up and I will be down soon. He shrugs it off and leaves. I sigh as I realise I will have to deal with this for the next half to a year of my life, depending on whether he even passes his grade, or leaves.

I get dressed and grab my phone and bag as I rush out of my room and downstairs, finding only Damien, Seth, and Xavier at the table. I grab a couple of pancakes, wondering how anyone has time to make thse in the morning. Griffin pops up a couple minutes later and Carden joins us almost at the time to leave, when I am just aout done with my pancakes.

Hypocrite

Once again we rush out, I try to get in sooner this time, so that I'm not next to Carden again but find myself between Seth and Griffin. I try to lean closer to Seth in the car, as Griffin keeps glancing at me, or rather, my neck, quite hungrily. I think everyone in the car has pretty much no clue that he keeps doing this, as they all seem to be off in their own place. I feel Seth push me back, chuckling.

"Eva, you're squishing me" he tells me and I straighten up, biting my lip as I glance at Griffin.

We finally stop and finally I can get of of this hungry stare and cramped feeling car. I practically run to my class, not wanting to spend another minute in their presence.

"Well they're some help, they must have noticed, they just dont care whether I get gobbled up or not" I mutter angrily, trudging to my class. I find Nate there and no techer yet, and Seth shows up a couple minutes later. Nate is stolen away from me by some guys and I sit in silence, looking around.

A couple girls approach me and I ask myself whether they're vampires or not. They smile at me nicely and I smile back, one is red haired and one has a light brown hair colour.

"So, have you gotten settled in yet?" one of them asks.

"Um, not really yet" I say.

"Well we can tell you now, anyone would die to be in your place" she says and I look at her, confused.

"Why?"

"Because you are living in the Leandro house" the other girl, the red head, says and I shrug.

"I guess so" I say, trying not to get on anyones bad side.

They go quiet for a second as a girl walks in, a cute girl with short, curly hair. The girls innocent smiles turn to scowls as they watch her come in.

"Whore" the read head mutters under her breath but both me and her friend can hear her.

"I know right? She acts so cute around the boys, its so annoying" the other adds on and I look at the girl with a curious expression, she simply sits a couple seats in front of me and gets out her stuff.

"Um, whats wrong with her?" I ask, curious as to why they have to be so mean.

"She is such a slut, all the guys want her and all the girls have it out for her" The brunette says.

"And every time a guy talks to her she acts so innocent and cute, its so annoying to be honest" the redhead says and I glance at the girl, I dont see anything to hate, I admire her looks.

I look back up at the two girls and they glare at the girl "you know, maybe she is just an innocent and cute person"

"What did you just say?" the brunette asks.

"She is probably not that bad" I tell her "have you talked to her before?"

"Not really, because when I tried, a guy came up to us and started flirting, and then she started being all cute and stuff" she says.
