"Hugh is like that huh?" I ask.

"Yeah" he laughs a little.

"I had fun today" I tell him, keeping pretty calm considering how close he is now.

He moves the hair that covers my neck back a little but, his fingers grazing my skin and sending tingles down my spine.

"I did too" he says, his smile lighting up the room.

"That's good" I smile back while trying to keep my nerves from showing.

"You know, last night, you were beautiful, but right now, you're just... tempting" he says to me, looking me over, my face to my legs.

He moves his hand to the back of my neck, inching closer to it. I'm ready this time.

I'm gone as he pierces his teeth into the soft flesh of my neck and they sink in, a shiver runs down my spine and I feel bad as I relish in the guilty pleasure of it all. His hands aren't cold, they're warm, and his lips and tongue move slightly as he sucks my blood from my body which I involuntarily raise to get closer to him. It's so much better than that dream. It's so different in so many ways, and there's no one here to interrupt.

He cradles my head in his hand as his other presses against my back, pulling me close and now I can feel his chest pressing up against mine. I place my hand behind his neck as he continues, my blood spilling out of my broken skin and between his lips.

I start to feel a little weak and he pulls away, noticing it himself. He wipes his mouth a little bit and let's any blood from it rinse into the water. Then he returns to my neck, placing another kiss mark.

That's when I hear the door open and Carden looks up , raising his head from my neck and gently and carefully placing my hair back over the spot he had bitten.

"What. The. Hell?"

That's not-it can't. Nope no. Not possible. I was okay kind of if one of the boys had come in, but there's no way.

I open my eyes and turn around slowly and meet the eyes of my best friend standing in the doorway, looking flabbergast.

I stare back in equal shock and a little terror. How much did she see? Did she see the bite? What does she think of me now?

"Hi" Carden casually says to her after a minute of silence.

After that, she slowly turned and left, Seth, who showed up just after she did, a slightly worried look on his face, smiled as they left, probably trying to calm her down.
