Someone knocked on my door. I looked up from my homework. I was a few days behind. I sighed.

It was the day after we had gotten our provisional licenses. Well, all but two of us. Bakugo and Todoroki had failed. Bakugo, I could understand, but I hadn't been there to see why Todoroki had done so poorly. I didn't really want to ask either.

I opened the door to see Kirishima. The tips of my fingers got a little numb.

"Hey," he said. "I'm treating everyone to dinner tonight. Since we almost all got our licenses I thought it'd be fun." He chuckled to himself. "Plus, I promised we all would when we first moved into the dorms and it never happened."

I smiled. "Yeah. I'll be there."

"We're heading out around seven."

I should find something nice to wear. Or should I? I mean, it's just the class. But we're all going out to eat together. I look in my closet. It's not like I brought anything super nice anyways. I didn't even think of it when packing.

It didn't matter. It was just the class going out to have fun and celebrate. I didn't need to wear anything special.

I still couldn't get any more homework done. I had an hour before we were even leaving. I had set aside today to catch up on everything and here I was, unable to even focus. I flopped on my bed.

Running around campus as a fox would fix that. I glanced out my window. It wasn't even dark yet. I couldn't risk that. Especially not with Kirishima having found me the other night.

I ended up wasting time until seven, then heading down to the common area.

"Wait, everyone?"

I step out of the elevator. Kirishima and Kaminari are standing by the front door talking.

"Yeah, Midoriya and Bakugo are on house arrest for fighting last night," Kaminari was saying.

"Those idiots."

"And a lot of others are out celebrating getting their licenses with their families. Ida said he has homework. Mineta said he had... something. And honestly, I think some of them are asleep already. We've had a rough two weeks and we've got school tomorrow."

Kirishima checked his phone. "It's barely seven."

Kaminari just shrugged. Then he saw me. "Hey, L/n's here."

I walked over. "Where is everyone?"

"Busy." Kaminari shrugged again.

Kirishima rubbed the back of his neck. "I guess I'm paying less then. Can't complain about that."

The elevator behind us dinged. Jiro walked out. She looked around, then at us.

"Where is everybody?" she asked.

"They're not coming," Kaminari answered. "They're all busy."

Jiro nodded. "I'm just coming for the free food."

Kaminari frowned. "Hey, that's insulting."

We couldn't decide on any sit-down restaurants. Plus, none of us were dressed very nicely at all. Because of that, and because we felt bad spending Kirishima's money, we picked a fast food place and sat outside eating.

"Kaminari, eat your own fries!"

"I thought those were mine."

"Did you just- You drowned all my fries in ketchup."
