How to sound SASSY in Korean with 5 phrases!

Sassy phrases:

1. 어머 세상에~ eomeo sesange~ oh my world~ = (used when you wanna act surprised about something but obviously aren't, but can also be used for a real surprise)

2. 뭐래니? mworaene? what are you saying? (add an eye roll to this and you'd sound so sassy (and also very rude)

3. 그러세요~ keureoseyo~ go ahead and do that~ (add any sassy expression and you'd sound so careless about whatever the other person is saying they'll do)

4. 그랬구나~ keu-raet-ku-na~ oh so that's how it is~ (when you really don't care)

5. 와~ 대단하네. 박수 쳐줄까? woah~ daedanhanne. baksu chyeojulkka? wow~ amazing. do you want an applause? (it's long I know! but if you're serious about sounding sassy, this is the one!!)

It is all about the delivery, tone and attitude when it comes to being sassy! Watch some Korean dramas for some real practice! You'll find sass in pretty much EVERY Korean drama out there! Especially the ones made for YA (young adults) !! Enjoy!
