The next morning Angela headed into work despite feeling exhausted, before leaving she spoke to Lucy and made her breakfast. Wesley was working from home so he could keep an eye on her. Angela didn't want Lucy to know that everyone was surveilling her as it was cause more upset.

When she pulled into the station Bailey was already waiting with Nyla.

"Morning guys," Angela smiled

"I hear there's more concern about Lu," Nyla sighed

"Yep, I thought things were getting better but Bailey suggested she might just be getting better at hiding it."

"It's alright Ange, Greys organised a meeting and Dr London is also going to be there."

"Let's go I guess." Angela felt guilty that Lucy had no idea about this.

The three of them went into the meeting room, Tim was already sat with Grey and Dr London. It was obvious everyone felt awkward, Angela felt Lucy should be there but knew she'd freak out if she was aware of how worried everyone was.

"You alright Ange?" Tim asked from across the table.

She nodded silently.

"Ok we're all here because we are Lucy's closest support network and enough is enough, something serious needs to be done to help her because I'm not saying she hasn't improved but this has been going on probably over 2 years now." Grey said seriously.

"I know Lucy's mental health was greatly impacted by me and I do take accountability for being a dick in the past but even since I've put in the work to improve she's still struggling." Tim sighed.

"The thing is Lucy isn't just depressed her bpd causes her emotional instability, explosive anger and difficulties in relationships and that can only be maintained with her taking therapy seriously and the right medication. Recovery is possible but only if she's really willing to engage with the help offered." Dr London explained

Everyone nodded silently,

"Do u think her meds are right?" Nyla asked.

"Yes I'd say they are pretty much spot on, I just really need her to start coming to therapy multiple times a week. Maybe even every other day." Dr London was worried Lucy was going to stop therapy all together.

"Sir can't you make it mandatory for her to attend?" Tim asked Grey.

"I didn't want to have to but I think that needs to be done." Grey nodded.

"She needs a set schedule especially seeing as she's not working properly, definitely therapy Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm starting from tomorrow." Dr London said to Grey.

"Let me draw this up,' Angela grabbed paper and a pen.

"Angela what does she do outside of work?" Grey asked.

"Not much at all, she hasn't been to the gym since everything, no yoga, no hikes, she does help me out around the house but never does anything she enjoys anymore."

"What about her drawings?" Bailey questioned.

"She doesn't do any of that."

"Add gym twice a week to her schedule, I'll take her with me." Tim said.

"At least an hour of fresh air a day?" Nyla suggested.

"She's going to want to still come in for work sometimes," Angela knew Lucy would not stop wanting to work.

"5 hours maximum a week?" Grey proposed.

"Perfect."

"This looks like a great foundation for her recovery plan we just need her to stick to it." Dr London smiled.
