-Talk. To to someone or yourself. Just say your thoughts out loud. This will take power away from them and realize more what you are actually thinking.
-Move around. Moving helps your mind and body stay empowered. Pace the floor, walk around the house, or go outside for a walk. Distract mental chaos with physical movements and exercises.
- Breath. Don't forget to breathe. You can do it. It won't last. Breathing is the most important thing you can do in this moment.
-Don't be afraid. Do not let your thoughts in this moment take your life away. It is temporary. Not being afraid will take power away from the anxiety
