You are not crazy, nor are any of your illnesses or habits or just things about you describe who you are. You are you and not one of these things. Don't let any of these control your life because none of these things make you different or weird. It's just a small add on that you can work with. As long as you ask for help, but if you don't then hey that's you maybe you're fine with it and that's awesome too.
