-Know that it's relatively normal to get nightmares as an adult. (If you're an adult)
-Avoid eating before bed.
-Talk to doctor about any medications you're taking. Some medications can increase the chance of nightmares.
-Reduce stress.
-Improve Sleep. Try relaxing more.
- Have a dream catcher or gemstone for "protection" to help you physiologically forget about bad thoughts.
- Take a hot bath before bed.
- Try doing yoga or meditation.
- Nightmares are caused by stress, to stop stress look at my other chapters based on stress. (Yes, this sounds like a self promo, but I don't want type all the stress tips here)
