-Say prayers or wishes. If you are religious, pray before sleeping. If you are not religious, consider making wishes. For example, good dreams.

- NIGHTLIGHT (Or glow in the dark materials)

- Try the usage of a "security blanket" or toy for comfort.

- acknowledge causes and advance from there. Top causes are stress, PTD, fatigue and lack of sleep.

- Create a regular fitness routine

- Yoga and meditation to create a more peaceful sleeping atmosphere
