Spencer's POV:
I run up to the roof as fast as my legs will take me. When I get there I'm huffing and puffing trying to get air into my lungs. I'm still recovering from my surgery. I'm not supposed to be doing much of anything that will exert too much energy, but this is Toby we're talking about and I can risk losing him. He is my life line. He's the only reason I'm still here, the only reason I'm still alive. I would've given up a long time ago if not for him. "Toby?" I yell. No answer. Where is he? Am I too late?" "Toby, answer me!" I yell again. Still no answer. I look around the roof, but he's nowhere in sight. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe he didn't come up here. "Toby please." I sob and fall to my knees. If he's not here I don't know where he could be and I'm running out of time...or I already did. I stand back up, my legs wobbling. I slowly walk to the edge of the building and look down. There's another smaller roof jetting out from the side of the building that goes all the way around. I walk around, leaning on the edge for support. My legs feel like jelly. I'm scared of what will happen to him in -A's hands or worse... what I'll find. Half way around the building I see a man laying, face down, on the other ledge. He's wearing blue jeans, a dark gray t-shirt, and a black leather jacket. It's the same clothes that Toby was wearing when he stomped out of the room. The man's shirt was slightly raised and I could see the familiar '901 free at last' tattoo. "No. No. No. No. No. No. No. NO. TOBY! TOBY!" I fall to the ground and sob. "No, Toby. No. No. I love you. I didn't mean it, any of it. I love you."
