“I..I thought you were dead.” Beau confessed when they finally broke away from kissing.

“What?” Paige asked, still being held by Beau. She shook her head, giving him eskimo kisses. “I told you my life was one of your Christmas presents.” She told him, smiling. He chuckled.

“Merry Christmas, future wife.” He smiled, kissing her again.

“Merry Christmas, future husband.” She replied, as they broke apart, only for their lips to meet again. She rested her forehead against his, still short of breath. “You will not believe how much I've missed you.”

“I think I do, because it's a little bit less then how much I missed you.”

“No way! I missed you more.” Paige exclaimed. “I don't ever want to let you go.”

“Me either.” Paige smiled, kissing him all over his face and neck as he giggled.

“Put her down!” Cameron demanded. Paige looked over, still clinging onto Beau.

“Why?” Beau asked.

“Beau, don't.” Paige mumbled into his ear, nibbling onto it.

“Get off my little sister.” Cameron demanded.

“She's my girlfriend!” Beau exclaimed.

“I don't care. Get off her. Paige, we're leaving.”

“We only just got here!” Paige exclaimed. The boys looked at each other, completely shocked. Paige had never said no to him before. Cameron grabbed her by the waist and pulled her away, as she still reached out trying to grab onto Beau. She kicked and struggled for a second but his boulder-sized muscles could easily hold her so she let herself be dragged along ,defeated.

“I'll be over later!” She yelled.

“On christmas?” Cameron asked, sounding hurt. But Paige was done with her life being protected by a cushion. She wished Cameron knew about the killer, maybe then he would give her the freedom she needed.

“I want you to stay out of your mother's way.” Brian told Paige as he helped her unload her stuff into her bedroom in New York a few hours later. The Arrows family had took a tour around New York together, to try and spend Christmas together as a family for once, but it had ended in arguments and fighting so they had given up. Not only that, but their chauffer kept getting lost, so would only go through the same few streets.

“Why? Is something wrong with her!?” Paige asked, startled.

“No, she's just become a bit tiresome with all of the stress from the divorce, and I don't want you in the firing line for all of her rage.”

“Alright, dad.” Paige smiled. She threw the teddy bear she had got with Beau one time onto her bed.

“You know, I really like Beau.” Brian smiled.

“Really?” Her eyes lit up.

“Yeah, he seems like a good boy. Very loving, very protective. I don't really appreciate his language sometimes though.”

“Fair enough.” Paige blushed.

“But I think it would be good for us all to get to know him better. What about if you invite him over for dinner tomorrow, so he can really meet us all?” Brian suggested.

“Will do.” Paige smiled. “But I cant see him?”

“Go.” Brian smiled. “I'm sure they won't miss you too much, it's not exactly like we celebrate Christmas.”
