It was finally Thursday and we are on our way to Miami. I haven't really talked to Sydney since that night, but she did try messaging me the day after and I didn't reply to it. I just feel like nothing will work out between us which is sad honestly. She lost her job because of me and we're still not together. She's a tough girl too, I'm sure if it were any one else they would have left me already. I don't get it.

"You ready for the game?" Tom asked me.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I said about to run onto the field.

The crowed half roared/ half booed as we got onto the field after warm ups. We had the ball and nothing was stopping us... Except for their defense of course.

The game was rough like always. My knee start to hurt and my back began to hurt as well which wasn't good at all. I sat out for a bit and just recuperated until the next play after defense would get off the field. I ran down and got in my place and yet again, just like last week, I missed a catch. I'm overly irritated with myself and this game couldn't get any worse. The game ended slowly at the end of the 4th quarter and we lost 20-10.

I'm proud to say that I'm happy that he regular season is over so that I can relax in this beautiful Miami weather until morning.

"Hey, are you going to that party?" I asked Jimmy as I was unlocking my hotel door.

"Yeah, I just need to wait for Cara to get ready." He said.

"Isn't Sydney with her too?" I asked.

"I don't know. Cara said she had a ride." Jimmy shrugged.

Who could possibly be taking Sydney to that party? If anything, Jimmy or I should be taking her, right?

I sighed as I got into one of the rental cars that we got from our organization and I drove with Tom to the party. When we got there, I needed to get fired up. I took a few shots before dancing my ass off like usual. I was getting danced on by a few girls that were here and I wasn't complaining. Not every day does a fine ass girl shake her booty on you for fun, gotta take it while it's there.

While I was dancing, I noticed my boy Danny walk inside. I pushed one of the girls off of me and walked my way over to him and shook his hand.

"Hey man, glad you could make it." I said to him.

"Wouldn't miss it for anything else." Danny replied.

"Yeah, there are some fine ass ladies over there if you want me to hook you up."

"No, I'm fine for right now."

"Come on dude, I know you want more hickies on your neck." I said noticing the one he already had.

"I'm good actually, thanks." He said uncomfortably.

As I walked away, I couldn't help but notice Sydney staring at me. It wasn't a normal stare either, it was the scared kind. I don't know why she would be scared of me, I'm just some drunk guy at a house party, am I right?

I continued dancing with the ladies that I was with before and it soon got a little bit boring. I soon walked off and went to the bar and drank for a while until my eyes started to get heavy. I was getting tired. And I was completely drunk, not a good mix.

The site of Sydney just makes me intoxicated at this point. I was fine until I saw her. I was going to ask her out and everything, but I blew it. I loved her and I never took the time understand her, I actually messed everything up.

Just kidding, I'm just drunk thinking right now, she was shitty and I hated her. She's made my life dreadful and crazy for no damn reason.
