Chapter 1

Lisa Point of View  (P.O.V.)

             We moved into the town a half year ago. It was time for us to leave, because we wanted something new. It wasn't the thing that we get bored of our old life – no – we were sick of seeing the same things all day. It was a decision that we made a year ago, right on the date. And so things went on.

We were looking for a big house that can handle thirteen people and for the right place to live. It doesn't need much time – only a few weeks – and we had it.

Mystic Falls.

A beautiful house in the woods, nearby the town without much driving time to school or mall, which was very important.

Mom and Dad regulated the remaining matters and now – we are here. Happy after ever, because this change was such a good thing.

"Laur?", I looked up the stairs.

"Up here!", she answered really fast.

"We need to go! School starts in 20 minutes.", I remembered her while taking my back. "Amy? Alex? We have to go! Hurry!!"

"We're coming.", they all shouted out the same time, which made me smile.

"I'll wait in the car.", I turned around. "Bye everyone!"

"Don't drive to fast, Lise-"

"See you later-"

"Bye-Bye-"

"Love you-"

The different answers followed me outside as I walked to the car; opened it and jumped on the driver seat. I checked my phone and soon my three siblings entered the car too.

"Ready?", I smiled and put my phone back in the bag.

"Let's go.", Alex smiled from behind.

"Our first day.", Amy answered nervously.

"It'll all be okay, Ames.", Lauren nodded sanguinely. "Don't be worried, okay?"

Amy smiled slightly.

          As I made my way through the town and parked the car really soon, we all frowned. No one said a word. It wasn't fear. It wasn't cowardice. We were all just nervous. Our mother teached us a long time, but now she thought it would be a good idea if we visited school like normal kids.

For me it wasn't that terrible, I only had one year left. But for my siblings it will be different, because their younger than me.

"We meet in the break outside, okay?", I asked them.

"Agree.", Lauren said.

"Than ... let's go.", Alex opened his door making the first step.

We slowly followed. I closed the car, put the keys in my bag and set it up.

"You know where your classes are?", Amy raised an eyebrow.

The three of us nodded in line as we walked through the parking spot and soon entering the school. The corridors were full of busy students who told, laughed or taking the way to their rooms.

We separated us making our own way. It was time for a new section.

"Am I ready?", I mumbled. "I have do, don't I?"

I had never felt good in the presence of strangers. Like now as I stepped onto the classroom. I scanned it really fast and took the seat in the last row. There are already some students who gave me no attention.

Slowly I put my school things on the table and leaned back. I took a deep but silent breath. Soon the class room filled.

I looked at my hands as someone approached.

"Hey.", the brown-haired student smiled as I looked up. "You must be the new One."

Her hair was curly and as long as my hair are. For the first time someone strange seemed to be nice. I smiled back. "Hi."

"I'm Elena.", she holds out her hand.

I stood up taking her hand shyly with mine. "My name is Lisa."

"Nice to meet you.", her smile widened and her eyes lightened up. "Our teacher wants to meet you before lesson begins. He thought it would be in your mind if he doesn't do it in front of class."

"He is right then.", I nodded. "Well, where is he?"

"I'll take you to him.", she replied turning around.

As I followed her through the room feeling the looks in my back, which made me automatically uncomfortable. I already should be used to it. It wasn't the first time. Maybe it was because of the new setting – I don't know.

"Is he – Is he friendly?", I asked slightly. "The teacher, I mean."

"Oh.", she turned her head looking into my eyes. "Of course. Mr. Saltzman is my favorite teacher, he is the best one."

"Okay.", I sighed.

"Here we are.", she knocked on a wooden door.

"Come in."

Elena opened the door smiling and let me do the first step inside.

"Ah.", a middle-aged man smiled coming around his desk. "You must be Lisa, right?"

"Yes, Lisa Cimorelli.", I nodded shyly. "Nice to meet you."

"Thanks Elena. Both of you can sit down, please."

Lauren P.O.V.

As the first break started, she made her way through the corridors finally walking outside. The school campus soon slowly filled and the outline got more difficult to keep.

"Lauren!", she turned her head to the voice and smiled in relief. "There you are!"

            But she only saw Amy and Alex.

"Where is Lisa?", the three of them asked in the same time.

"I thought she is with you.", Amy and Lauren looked at each other and shaking their heads concurrently. "No."

The break ended and Lisa wasn't around. They entered the next lesson with worried minds. And until the school day ends they wouldn't see Lisa.

Lauren left class as fast as she could. She run literally out off the room through the corridors and scanned the parking spot. She ignored the confuse glances of other students as she identified her older sister.

"Lise!", she shouted out and ran over the campus.

Heads are turning around facing her. But only Lisa was important right now. Her older sister smiled as she arrived.

"Where were you?", Lauren shook her head. "We were worried! You weren't around, we didn't see you. Are you okay? Is everything alright?"

"Laur, keep breathing.", Lisa remembered her and closed the car door.

Lauren aren't noticing the other people, who are standing next to Lisa. Her whole attention counted to Lisa.

"It was a good day actually.", she replied smiling. "I haven't had any trouble. Hopefully you neither?"

Lauren shook her head. "No."

"Fine. We had a perfect start, right?", now Lauren nodded approvingly. "Then don't give me that worried look."

Lauren smiled and hugged her sister tight, she then sighed whispering: "Good to see you."

"So can I introduce you to my classmates?", she raised an eyebrow and turned around.
