Harry P.O.V.

He had recognized the look, that Lisa had always thrown to the stairs before they actually decided to go upstairs.

"If something is, you know how to reach us the fastest.", Stefan nodded to him.

"Don't conjure too late.", Haley said. "The faster the better."

"This is the second thing.", Jo nodded, kissing Alaric just before she went up the steps with ease.

Harry met Bonnie's gaze as she nodded to the bag and he replied gently. Lisa had moved away from him and walked beside her mother in the direction of the stairs.

"You could have told me how stressful stairs really are, Mom.", Harry heard her muttering as he took the bag with a last nod to the others. "This is no longer funny."

Lynne just smiled as her hand rested on Lisa's back. She turned her head in Harry's direction, the moment Lisa stretched her hand out to her mother.

"There is a solution for every problem, my darling.", she left her back, took Lisa's hand.

"An elevator, for example, but here is none. And it would be nice, too ...", Lisa interrupted herself as Lynn lifted her hand, Harry appeared, and she put her daughter's hand over his shoulder to his neck.

Harry had leaned forward so it wasn't too uncomfortable for Lisa, put his arms around her and lifted her up.

"Harry!", she held onto him. "I am much too heavy for you."

"No, you're not.", he kissed her cheek before she looked at him again. "This is the least I can do."

She smiled slightly and looked over his shoulder as he made his way up the stairs and through the hallway. Lisa took a deep breath as she looked at him again.

"Where were you the last few days?", she murmured as she laid her head on his shoulder.

"I ask myself the same."

Caroline had really done an impressive performance upstairs, that former bedroom had been cleared up and provided enough space for working. Even a cradle had found its place. It looked like a very noble and old cradle; of dark wood and embellishments. Even Lisa seemed to like it, too, because this was her first way in this room.

"How beautiful.", she had said before she had to go to bed, where the first investigation took place in.

"Okay.", Jo appeared at the bed. "You have to slide farther forward and your upper body can still move further upwards, so you can have it cozy."

Said and done.

"I'm in the corridor and I'm looking for the spells, right?", Bonnie took a big book.

"All right.", Jo nodded and took a chair in front of the bed.

When the door closed, Lisa leaned back and grabbed Harry's hand. Lynne was sitting next to her daughter on the other side, stroking her hair back as Jo began.

Ten minutes later, Jo left the room and the three alone, while she went to Bonnie.

"Today is the day.", Lynne whispered and went to the window.

"Yes.", Lisa nodded and slid to the bedside, Harry next to her, had an arm around her and put a hand on her stomach. "Mom?"

Lynne P.O.V.

Slowly, she moved her head back into the room. She had looked up and down the street. There was an uncomfortable silence between Michael and her, in the end. He had eyed her earlier as she was wrong in the house. Her excitement and concern for her child was greater than she could have hid.
